This place was wonderful! My boyfriend took me here on a date and everything was absolutely delicious. Our waitress was so sweet and the atmosphere was amazing. My boyfriend and I absolutely demolished our meals. I got the teriyaki chicken bento box, which was so yummy! Delish!

To start off, I placed my order through Door dash. The restaurant likely already didn’t appreciate that because I wasn’t paying them anything extra. The food itself, very good. The customer service? An absolute atrocity. I ordered four items, one of which needed to be substituted, which I was fine with. The person who was telling me this (an employee of the restaurant, NOT the DoorDasher) felt the need to let me know to “Not order so much next time, okay?”

Sorry to be the negative Nancy but for how expensive this place was. It was very disappointing. I got the chicken hibachi dinner and the steak hibachi dinner to go. When I got home and opened the boxes it was smothered in mushrooms. Now I like mushrooms but, these mushrooms look old and black and just bleh. I got a sliver of zucchini and a couple carrot sliver and one piece of broccoli. Also they say you get”miso soup” and this is clearly not miso soup. The only positive I have to say Is will the salad dressing is good and outside of the mushrooms the food was pretty tasty.

On March 11th we had a group of 7, so we called ahead. Menu’s and silverware already on the table. They sat us, then didn’t come to take our drink order for 25 minutes. Drinks came out in 10. Then we waited another 30 minutes for them to take our order. (We had to flag the waitress down) Another 20 minutes before we got our soup and salad. Then 35 minutes later the sushi & appetizers came out. Waited 15 minutes for 3 orders. Another 15 minutes for the rest. The food was HORRIBLE, except for the sushi and appetizers. The fried rice was steamed sticky rice. Half the scallops on my plate were burnt, the others were like rubber. I had to spit them out. The steaks weren’t cooked right. The the Lobster was overcooked. The vegetables were burnt.

This is my favorite “kinda” fast food… Keep in mind, it is fast food for Japanese. Don’t go in there and expect then to provide a show. Healthy portions. Great service. Plain atmosphere. It’s the food that’s fabulous!! I eat in and take out both often.

Food was amazing, service was not! She took our orders brought our drinks and food and never cane back. Drinks were empty we were waiting for our tickets. When we finally paid she was not happy with her $7.00 tip literally stopped us at the door and said “wait this is not 15% you need give 15%”….
