Save your money the sushi taste like air fried in oil. This was a pick up order and I asked if they had eel sauce the lady told me it was already on the sushi which was not true. The sushi’s was dry and not flavorful at all.. I’m sad I wasted my money on this place

Just ordered dinner for my family. 2 orders of steak and shrimp, the volcano roll, the friendship roll and Yamato roll. Idk who said the sushi here is good. It literally had no flavor. This sushi is nothing compared to Kansai. The fried rice was over cooked and mushy. The only thing decent was the lobster Rangoon. This was my first time ordering here since Kansai was closed and this will be my last. The actual steak and shrimp was good. The wasabi was dark green and the ginger wasn’t pink.

I was really surprised with how wonderful the food was. I highly recommend this place it is the best Japanese food around here! The friendship roll is so good and the filet hibachi was so tender!

This is THE Japanese restaurant to come to in the Kentuckiana area!! My love and I frequent this place (every Saturday, to be exact) … The Dragon & Phoenix roll is amazing. The noodles are fantastic. I highly recommend the sake paired with the steak yakisoba!!!

Really great service, my husband, one year old daughter and I enjoyed a great lunch here when we first arrived I asked the waitress to rush our appetizer because our daughter was hungry and starting to be grumpy because of it and the waitress brought out a bowl of chicken immediately for her then brought our appetizer very quickly after that! The food was awesome the servers were friendly and fast and the prices were good! Will definitely be back.they always push new！

Enjoyed our dinner at Yamato. We’ve been meaning to try it for some time now and it did not disappoint! There food was delicious and was definitely something I wanted to try again. Enjoyed the interior, but wished there wasn’t American pop music playing (this does not affect my rating though).

To start, walking in, you go straight into the restaurant where people are dining with no real direction on where to go. I guessed my way to the counter at the far end of the restaurant and asked to be seated.

Giving a 3 star because the food/ vegetables are good. here is my issue the two times we have ordered from here they wanted to provide 2 yum yum packs per entree. I am not joking this is one of them I wouldn’t even call it half full in fact only one of the ones we received were half full the first time I said to myself next time I am going to ask for 4 extra, today they did give 4 extra but it was still barely enough I hope they see this and fix the issue.

I had such a amazing experience here. The food was super amazing! Best sushi I have ever had, and I some really great sushi in Vegas. Our server, David, was fantastic and also the best server I have ever had! He recommended a couple rolls and they were the best. David recommended the Superhero, Richard Roll, and the Forever Love roll, it was my favorite especially since this is what my partner and I say to each other. You can tell this place really cares about its food quality, presentation, and how they treat their guests. Would give more stars if it would let me. Highly recommend and ask for David.
