This spot has been on my radar for a while, and I finally had the chance to stop in. Don’t wait as long as I did!! You will be greeted by extremely friendly folks and the delicious smell of fresh pita and frying falafel. I got the yalla yalla with all the veggies, eggplant, and mushroom stew. There’s also a self-serve station with pickled cabbage & carrot and onion with herbs & sumac! I really appreciated that because I love all things briney, pickley, and herby! Each element of the meal perfect, and the value is great. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Brattleboro!!

All the food, from the falafel and beyond, is so, so good! Literally the best pita, humus and roasted eggplant I have ever eaten. The owners are there working everyday and everything is made fresh or sourced from really high quality providers. The hours are tight and there is usually a line but it is worth the planning to eat any one of Yalla’s array of dishes. The atmosphere has fun, playful energy with excellent music every time. We love it!

What a GEM! I was in Brattleboro visiting my BFF when she introduced me to Yalla. This place was amazing!! We arrived right at opening and there was already one party in line! The fragrance of freshly baked pita was intoxicating and I could not resist buying a bag of pita with a container of hummus to take home with me! Each order is made to order to your specifications. The staff was so welcoming and explained all question clearly. I LOVED my Yalla Sababa! Highly recommend extra Pickles and/or their pickled veg on the side. I will definitely be visiting again!!

Hell yes! Take it from an Israeli-vegan – this is the best falafel I had in new England.

The quality of the food is only matched by the quality of the folks working here. Amazing experience. The falafel was neither dry nor heavily oily, with a nice little spice to boot if you ask for it. Also, adding the egg? Worth it.

We visited Vermont last week. We had lunch here. It’s a busy place but luckily found the place to sit. I have no words to describe how good the food was! We had falafel pita & shakshuka. Pita was warm, fluffy, so addictive! Falafel was one of the best I have had, pickles added to pita enhanced the flavor. Shakshuka had great presentation & tasted as good as it looked. Decor of the place is casual but cute. If you are in Brattleboro, please have lunch here, you won’t regret.

The food is absolutely delicious. The sandwiches are delicious and the homemade pita and hummus are out of this world.

A+++ experience. We had the Yalla Yalla w mushroom stew and the Yalla Sababa w falafel and eggplant. The person who served us (I think he was the owner) was so generous and fun and lively, and most importantly the food was incredible. The falafel, the bread, the mushrooms, everything was on point. Highly recommend checking this place out.

Okay I have had some fine pita the world over and am floored to have stumbled upon the best — in Vermont. Seriously: dAmN how do they make it so good?! I Stopped in for the first time on a Friday to enjoy some falafel and was lucky to catch the Babka which is absolutely to-die for. The staff were kind and funny and willing to explain things to this first timer. I look forward to my second meal there…and third…
