A chill restaurant with decent XLB. A long dining room where you order at the counter and they serve it to you when ready. Service was quick and the staff were friendly. Additionally the food was of reasonable quality for the price (quality and flavor like an okay dim sum restaurant). Ordered one pork xlb, one shrimp + pork dumplings, one shrimp & pork sui mai, and one cheese burger bao which all costed about 32.50 before tax and tip (40.46 after tax and tip). For two people this wasn’t enough for me so I ended up ordering a creamy roasted sesame noodle with braised chicken which ended up being too much for me (I could order this on it’s own and be satisfied). The pork xlb dough wasn’t too thick nor was it too thin and the broth was tasty but not memorable. The shrimp and pork dumplings had nice sized shrimp pieces in the filling and it was wrapped in pink dough. When it came to the sui mai it wasn’t my favorite but it did the job. The cheese burger bao was interesting as it tasted like an In n Out burger inside a soft bao. My only qualm was with the sesame noodles as the noodles came a little too clumped for my liking and the braised chicken flavor didn’t blend well with the sesame sauce.

I ordered takeout and ordered chashu bao and pork mushroom wonton. The steamed wontons were in a tasty sauce and really hit the spot. The baos were a little soggy by the time I got home but still tasty. I think it’s best to eat at the restaurant rather than takeout as the food won’t be sitting on my 30 minute drive home. But still delicious and I’m happy to have tried it. Next time I want to try the noodles and different dumplings. I like that you can see them making the dumplings. I did look at their website and even tried to place an order but the prices are not updated and it didn’t allow me to order saying the restaurant was closed. I looked on Yelp and saw their hours posted and they were open. I drove over and placed my order and only had to wait about 10min for my food and it was around 530pm on a Saturday.

A good place to get some inexpensive XLB and other dumplings. The store is clean, and you can watch the dumplings being made by hand, in a sterile and hygienic kitchen. The food is tasty with many options for customization. The quality is decent, and very respectable considering how low the prices are. Try out the creative offerings, like the cheeseburger bao!

Honestly the concept is good. The Asian Mexican fusion is a great idea. However coming from an Asian and Mexican food eater, flavor-wise it could be improved. The ma la sauce felt very lemon-y. The al pastor dumplings felt a bit too sweet and they added cheese to it which is a bit odd. Since normally al pastor tacos don’t have cheese. The curry chicken and corn dumpling were not bad!! The so called “roasted sesame noodles” were sweet in flavor and missing the so “roasted sesame” I was expecting.. so was a bit disappointed by the sweetness. I ordered the chili oil bok Choi that was recommended but was also a bit dissatisfied with it.. it was a little sweet as well as lemon-y which was disappointing as I was expecting the usual asian chilli oil flavor. I’m not sure why, they seem to add sweetness and sourness to most their sauces and food. These two flavors kind of over take the flavor of the dish itself. Again. Concept and idea is great. But execution needs more work. Waiters were friendly, restaurant was clean. Plenty of parking in the plaza.

Really sad to give this review but the food and beverages DRASTICALLY declined in quality. I get the vegetarian dumplings and Thai tea with cheese foam and in the past ordering from here these have both been the best I’ve ever had of these items, but I ordered tonight and something was very wrong. I even reordered because I thought it was just a one time mistake because it was so much worse than when I have gotten it in the past. The tea was extremely watery and there was no cheese foam, only milk that immediately mixed with the tea instead of resting on top like it usually does. The vegetarian dumplings were extremely spicy despite there being no spicy ingredients listed in the description. So disappointing and a huge waste of money please bring back the good quality food and drinks.

The new employees are not fully trained on how to make the galaxy drink. Added way too much sugar and forget the jelly, when I called the manager sounded like he had an attitude. Been a customer for 2 years and this unsatisfying and unnecessary. Take care.

Absolutely delicious. We ordered the whole menu and everything is delicious, dumplings are the star of the night. Steam to perfection, each bite is a flavor explosion in your mouth. All the prices are tax and tip included, a very refreshing way to running their business. Service and environment is very inviting, it get very busy even in a rainy Monday night. I’m sure this will be a hot spot very soon.

It’s a small place, there are a few tables. Everything is tasty and a few “fusion” style Dumplings. I think the best is just the regular soup Dumplings. The noodles are decent. There is a Dumpling room where dumplings are constantly being made.

Our neighbor recommended this place. We of course hopped on social media and learned that they also make a giant dumpling. Sadly, when we visited the restaurant, we were told they rarely make them, it is at the discretion of the owner and it must be a very special occasion.

Amazingly fresh dumplings. Fast service. Condiments bar with different types of vinegars and sauces. The soup dumplings have a good amount of delicious broth. Red chili oil pork & mushroom dumplings are also great if you like heat. The grapefruit galaxy drink was unique but too sweet and barely any grapefruit flavor.
