Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 – House Special Combo Fried Rice, House Special Soup Dumplings, and Chili & Pork Soup Dumplings. The combo fried rice tasted quite bland and could have used some more seasoning and protein. There was maybe 2 shrimps and 7 pieces of beef, pork, and chicken. The house special dumplings were yummy but the chili & pork one tasted like the house special with chili oil inside. We wished the waitress would have answered our question regarding it because we wanted to try two dumplings that were really different.

Great food! We really enjoyed all of it. We split dumplings, fried chicken, udon, and scallion pancakes. The chili oil, while spicy, was absolutely amazing on each of the dishes, and we really liked the sweet sauce, too (what was it?)

The quality of food here is really good! Staff are friendly and service was quick, the chow mein noodles have a firm but moist texture, dumplings were juicy, pot stickers were above average, pork chops were good, scallion pancakes were crunchy on the outside and with a slight chew in the middle along with a light but amazing flavor, and the dessert chocolate banana dumplings were tasty.

Loved everything. Located in the original Chinatown plaza. Very large restaurant although after we were seated there was a longer wait. You cannot come here and not other XLBs and they have so many options. This is a great alternative for the fancier Din Tai. Don’t get me wrong I love Din Tai. Don’t skip on the spicy XLBs such great flavor.

What used to be a sea food restaurant is now the Xiao Long Dumplings! First sight entering is very pleasing and fun decor. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Our food was brought to us hot, fast and most importantly delicious. Try their house soup dumplings because they are so good. The dishes we did try are all tasty and worth coming here. Will go more to try other items on the menu.

If you don’t mind waiting on a table, to be served, on your food, and for your receipt to pay your bill, then you will be fine with this place. They have a steady stream of customers, and my server was absolutely kind and explained their offerings. I went on a Sunday night. The place was packed, and I could barely find a park, so I guess the kitchen staff and servers were juggling many things at once. My cucumber salad was sooo delicious, freshly cut with an amazing asian vinegrette, but my pork buns was bland. I had to dip it in a soy sauce/Chili mixture to actually consume it.

Overall, the food was okay. Nothing to rave about it’s Xiao long bao. Mongolian beef was tasty but missing crispy white noodles. It was not served with rice. White rice was extra. The waiter took my food order and disappeared afterward. Other staffs brought out the dishes and seemed very cold and oddly unfriendly. Service was terrible. Xiao Long Bao was not even tasty here.

Decent food but a little salty n oily. The long beans dish was not up to standard as some of the beans were not fresh. Good service though. The skin of xiaolongbao is a little dry.
