Bad food and bad service. The noodle is iced cold. main dish (boiled pork) is cooked wrong and cooked in grease, does not meet the description. Soybean milk is not fresh and has sour smell to it. The entire order is not edible and post food safety issue. Service is also bad.

Down to earth mom and pop shop in an old strip mall, so nothing fancy. Specializes in hand pulled noodles. Fast and friendly service. Sauces over the noodles could be a bit more flavorful and felt my noodles were a bit over cooked but overall this is place to come get authentic Chinese food.

Authentic noodle dishes. Not fancy, but warming tastes. The owner was kind enough to offer us nice fruits for free with some real Sichuan local hospitality.

You want good Chinese noodles?! Duuuuuuuude xiang xiang noodle is by far my best spot to go to. They got noodles over then main stream ones like chow mein or chow fun. Cooked when ordered too. My dish came out steaming hot. Just check my photos I uploaded. I ordered the sirloin beef and tomatoe sauce noodles, and the other was seafood fried noodles. Did I mention they hand cut the noodles? It’s sooooooooo good. They have more on the menu now. I think they updated the menu since the last time i came.

Authentic hand cut noodle soup. Very flavorful soup base and excellent service. Even the spinach simply fried was excellent. Very similar to home cooking as I was growing up.

A lovely little mom and pop restaurant that gives you all the feelings of home. The owner is a sweet, muscular old man (who used to be a gymnast for the National team)!

true rating is a 3.75—hole in the wall noodle spot run by a nice old man! quick service, and noodles have great texture. i will say the sauced noodles are all miles above the soup noodles in terms of flavor (and in fact, i wouldnt really recommend any soup noodle over any of the sauced noodles), but i am still a fan of the hand-pulled noodles that come with the soup noodle dishes! would definitely recommend the sichuan dan dan noodles—great flavor, perfect level of ma la spice. each dish comes with a LOT of noodles too—so rest assured you will be full by the end of your meal. their green beans are pretty solid as well as some of their cold appetizers. at the end of our meal, the owner came over with some home-grown mandarin oranges for us for free, which was a sweet touch from him :-). overall, i would come again but only for specific dishes!

This is such a great hole in the wall restaurant. 100% worth going. The owner was super friendly and gave fantastic suggestions. The Dan Dan Noodles were the BEST I’ve had since I’ve been back to the states. The salt and pepper eggplant was supperb as well. 10/10.

This is a mom and pop Chinese restaurant that survived after the pandemic so kudos to them! The wife works in the front while the husband works in the kitchen. The cuisine is from the northern part of China, so there are a lot options for noodle. It’s located in an old strip mall, so nothing is fancy here, but you get an authentic taste of homemade dishes. The service could be a bit slow at times, but it’s understandable since there’s no extra staff around, but the food itself makes up for it.
