The workers are so kind and the food came out super fast! The spicy cumin lamb noodles might not be as good as the Xi’an Famous Foods in NYC but definitely close to the same quality and flavors. Really good, not that spicy though. What’s great is that they have extra spice on the side if you wanna add more! Will be back here again 🙂

the food here is authentic and ambrosial. personally, the Pork Belly Skewers, Lamb Skewers, and Spicy Beef Rice Noodles in Clay Pot are my favorite- they’re INCREDIBLE. after you have a dish for the first time, you’ll want to come back and eat it again and again. delicious and irresistible!

Honestly, as a Chinese immigrant, I can responsibly tell you that it is not authentic Xi’an taste. The lamb pao mo soup is supposed to be rich and juicy while here it is water mixed with seasoning essence; the Biang noodle is supposed to be stretchy and think, while here is soft. If you are not a Chinese food expert like me, i highly recommend you to try out “taste of Xi’an” and compare with this one. You will be amazed how different they are and I can responsibly tell you that the other one is the authentic taste of “Xi’an”. And don’t forget to visit Xi’an China once in a life time. China welcomes you.

Went during their soft opening and the food was great, just like their main location in the University District. I had the Spicy Beef Biang Noodles and the portion was good for the price, and it was very flavourful. I like the touch screen ordering and shared space with Snowy Village.

I used to enjoy coming here regularly until my last experience. We ordered our food to go because I was taking most of it home. We sat at a table waiting for our food and I wanted to eat a quick bite before going home. The server took our drinks away which I thought was weird. Then she asked us if we were going to eat even though we got to go. I said yes. She rolled her eyes, sighed, and pointed outside and told us to eat outside. I thought it was incredibly rude. It wasn’t even busy and there were plenty of open tables.

The food was excellent, but service was…weird. We were served by a teenage(?) waiter that was on his lunch break maybe, got food on his cheeks. And he burps uncovered (like belly is full now kinda burp) as he brings out the bowls of food to your table, feels a little gross.

Good food quality, good price, and large portion. I felt this store is underrated.

I ordered spicy lamb noodle, the taste was not bad until I saw my wide noodle mixed with other kind of noodle. My noodle should be the wide kind, but it mixed some short thin rice noodle at the bottom. I’m not sure if they mixed other’s leftover into my noodles but how could I see two kinds of noodle, only a few short piece of the other noodle? I stopped eating and felt nauseous for two days….
