We absolutely loved the food. the braised pork brown sauce is amazing. The cold-skin noodles were spectacularly flavorful with cumin and chili’s. the spicy lamb burger was amazing again spicy with cumin. The Xi’an style spicy chicken stir-fry was incredibly tasty and spicy. The shredded pork with pickled veg was also delightful. Everything was so good that we ordered two more lamb burger, two more braised pork and two more Xi’an spicy chicken stir-fry for next day school lunch for kids and my wife

Taste reminded me of those Taiwanese Beef noodles soup / niu rou mian very authentic Asian taste. The beef they got was so tender and soft. Broth has very rich taste of spice. Love that they have chili oil to add a kick in their soup.

Loved the service from the woman at the counter, and this place was so super busy for takeout! The noodles were so chewy, thick, slippery, and fun to eat! I got the numbing dry fried beef on a whim, and it was surprisingly my favorite item (coming from a noodle lover). It was very crispy and not too spicy in my opinion.

Very good hand spicy lamb pulled noodles and lamb paomo! The pork burger was also delicious. Must try if you’re into xi’an style food. I would recommend bringing cash because they do charge processing fee for credit card swipes.

Food is pretty good, but I’ve attempted to come here three times on different occasions/times and it’s been closed each time. The store front is covered with boxes of supplies. Not sure if they’re temporarily closed or permanently closed as there was no signage.
