Today was our first visit to Xavier’s. I loved it. My wife loved it. The burrito was sooo good. I got the Xavier special with enchilada style and without any meat I didn’t think it would taste good but it was recommended and Xavier’s daughter who served us didn’t lead us astray. We will be adding this as a staple place to eat Mexican. The chips were light but needed some salt to them and the salsa didn’t have much kick. Still loved everything else. Also got the deep fried ice cream. We are on a hunt to find the best deep fried ice cream in the valley and we still haven’t found it yet.

We have been dozens of times and keep going back at least monthly. It is amazing!!! My favorites are the Green Chile mixed burros or a simple bean burro enchilada style with a side of sour cream. My wife likes combination plate number 10.

We love going to Xavier’s and typically go for lunch time. All of the food there is fantastic, though sometimes service does lag a bit. This place is very expensive, for very little food. The tacos barely have any meat in them. They definitely are not worth the $4.50-$4.75 price, per taco. Rice and beans for some meals are priced separately as well. Our server was great, but we will not be going back.

DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT CHEMICALS IN YOUR FOOD. Sounds crazy, right? Well, my husband picked up our dinner from here and got an order of the chips and salsa with it. First bite of them—straight chemicals. Tasted to me how Fabulosa smells. My husband called and they said “yeah, we just cleaned and changed our oil so that’s probably it. You should be fine” They didn’t even offer any compensation and acted like it was no big deal!

We went there for my Girlfriend’s Birthday dinner. It was about 15 of us. It was my first time.The food was delicious and the service was great! Very friendly and family atmosphere. Will definitely be back and share with other’s. If you love Mexican food. Great place to eat!
