FANTASTIC! This is great authentic Thai food and it is wonderful. We eat hear on a regular basis and love it. I like the spicy Jack’s Special but everything we have had is great. Check their Facebook page for hours and delivery times.

After hearing so many good endorsements for this place, I’ve been excited to try it. I friended them on Facebook and even shared their posts with my friends. Today, I finally tried it. My review, in a word, “meh.” The woman who helped me was nice and enthusiastic. There was a buzz in line about how good the food would be. You should have seen me, getting more and more excited for my lunch. I ordered the Garlic Stir Fry with Chicken. I ordered it medium-hot. It was as flavorless as anything I’ve ever eaten. Let me say that again, it was flavorless. There was no heat. The vegetables were fresh, but the chicken surely came out of a pre-cooked, then frozen, food service bag. I could forgive that if it had even a hint of garlic flavor… or any flavor whatsoever. What it did have, was lots and lots of oil. My bowl was 2/3 liquid, and more than half of that was oil. I’m not kidding, I bet there was an entire cup of canola oil in my bowl. Usually stir fry has a bit of sauce in the bottom of the bowl, but this one was so full, I had trouble removing the lid without wearing the oily mixture.

I LOVE Wyo Thai Food Truck!! Heidi and Jack are wonderful at making delicious Thai food — I usually get fresh rolls and curry and they never disappoint!! The fresh rolls with or without crab are like eating a flavorful salad, but one you can hold! The Jack’s Special or any of the curries are excellent and full of deliciousness! Where ever you see them parked, it is worth stopping!

We LOVE Wyo Thai! To say that we plan trips to Sheridan around the WyoThai schedule @ Blacktooth Brewing would not be too much of an exaggeration. The food is always delicious, fresh, and served with a huge smile.

Some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had. The Pad Thai is divine (medium was just perfect for me – seriously warm but not over the top spicy for my tastes), and their specials are pretty incredible. This goodness doesn’t come cheap, but my oh my is it worth it.
