This is a sister store of their route 27th location. It is located in the middle of a more convenient shopping mall with more tables. Unfortunately, it still uses the old ordering system based on scanning a 2d bar code then website. I am not certain this process saves anyone any time as the website remains confusing, difficult to use, and not as user friendly as an app. I witnessed a waiter spending a lot of time helping an older gentleman order. At the end of the day, my feeling is this technology is not ready for prime time and likely will drive away older clients who are less technically sophisticated.

Want to start off saying that I was SUPER excited to try this spot. They opened this larger spot up and the other location is always busy and fantastic. Walked in and it was easy to get a table for dinner, no wait at all on a weeknight. The aesthetic is really cute. Gold and wooden decor. Dumpling shaped decorations through the restaurant. Loved it! The service was fine and servers were nice. Only odd thing was that they don’t have hot water. I usually don’t have that issue at Asian restaurants. Just cold water, tea, bubble tea options, etc.

First time coming here and as soon as I walked in I noticed how nicely decorated the restaurant is. The service was great. We ordered on our phones with the QR code on the table. The menu options came with pictures so they were easy to browse through. The plates and utensils are all nice. They really pay attention to the small details. The food was also really good. We had the crab soup dumplings, pork and kimchi dumplings, shrimp dumpling soup, pork dumplings in spicy pb&j, as well as an order of green beans. Everything tasted great! We also tried out their strawberry Yakult drink with popping boba (wish you can customize the sweetness because I found it a little too sweet) and it was yummy. We also got the passion fruit one and that was refreshing. Overall, great experience and food 🙂

Make sure check in on the wait-list before coming here(30mins pior). They are not very good at organizing the waitlist. Be aware specifically during busy hours 11:30-12:30 lunch hour. The atmosphere was nice with nice and decorative. The staff and is nice but they just pointed to the QR menu. The servers did not explain what’s new or available. The food was okay, pork soup dumplings weren’t hot was just warm. Like it was steamed and just waiting at the counter. The rice cake was so salty it could not be eaten and has to be sent back. The second time it was better but still salty. The food is maybe only good for Instagram. Not sure if we will return.

Spacious modern Chinese restaurant where you order online by scanning QR code on table. They serve a good selection of boba , menu has few traditional Shanghainese breakfast items, good amount of desserts, various dumplings and entrees. I was disappointed they don’t have all menu items available. The rice cake and beef noodle soup was just ok, nothing special, had better ones elsewhere. The stirred fried little fish and shrimp was good if you like spicy. The truffle dumplings are good, but very expensive.

Very authentic dim sum of Shanghainese, I love crab dumplings and truffle dumplings, they are unique, fresh, and tasty.I am very impressive about sausage potatoes salad, beacuse it’s the signature dishes for family reunion of holiday. Crab clam tofu and pickled fish soup are tasting special flavors. They are really awesome. This is the branch restaurant of Wu’s shanghai dumplings in NJ, very fancy environment as well. I love it!

Can’t believe there is such an awesome place to dine for Shanghainese food. Highly recommended! Drunken chicken; meat ball and Xiao Long Bao are must try.

Authentic shanghai food. The decoration and service is better than the first store. But the food quality is less.

It’s such a cozy spot, I love the decorations! I loved the chili tofu so much I had it 2 days in a row! Pretty decent vegetarian options and their take out containers are very secure!

The steamed pork and steamed pork-crabmeat dumplings were horrible with a thick doughy skin. Also same issue with the pork fried dumplings. The skin is supposed to be thin and almost transparent on both the steamed and fried dumplings. Hey…this is sloppy Shanghainese food, really not authentic. For those who gave it high marks have not eaten what is authentic. The owners need to wake up.
