I personally love this restaurant. It’s a black owned restaurant that serves healthy food that won’t kill you. The owner got rid of the old staff and has a nice lady there now that WON’T mess up your order. She is very nice and I couldn’t thank the owner enough for realizing what was going on in her restaurant. There were some young girls there at first that always got the orders wrong and just lacked customer service. But now, with the new staff, you all have a guaranteed customer for life. Excellent service. Excellent food. I love it here. I wish more restaurants would take notes from you all. I can’t wait to go back actually.

Nice storefront. Lacking some chairs and staff. I ordered a turkey spinach panini and a peach tea. The sandwich was good. I don’t think it was $12 good, but it was good. The tea was good. It took 20 minutes for my sandwich. If they had more staff during lunch time, it may have taken less time to make the turkey sandwich.

When I say this place is amazing and so is my girl Neff!! Sweets were moist and the corn beef was tender. Come check them out. Banana pound cake and banana pudding cheesecake by the way. Sandwich was $11.50, banana cheesecake $4.25, banana pound cake $3.75

My first experience was great it a little bit of a wait but that was fine. Food was delicious. My second time I called in my oder and everything was good until I got to the restaurant only to find out it was closed. I arrived at the restaurant around 4:20 pm and read a sign on door the saying they will be back at 5:30pm well I couldn’t wait that long I had to be somewhere at 6pm. Disappointed I couldn’t get my food.

I visited the location on 183rd & Halsted (4/2023). The shrimp wrap was decent, better the first time I had it. The customer service, HORRIBLE!. It was a lady with pink hair that did NOT say hello or greet us in any manner, began tapping her fingers like she was bored, just overall was dry. Not to mention there was a foul aroma in the establishment. I try to support black businesses in the neighborhood but one thing people need to understand, there are other several establishments that offer the same thing, same products. I’m really trying to support blk owned businesses. But establishments like this make it very hard. I’m giving this location 2 stars because the Jerk Wrap was really good. Unfortunately, the customer service was horrible!!!. I don’t understand why it took at least 40minutes to get a wrap! And the woman taking & making the order was very unfriendly. This was my 1st time visiting. She had an attitude when I asked for a number to place catering orders. I host numerous events throughout the year and was hoping to use this company. I’m taking my money elsewhere. Very bad 1st expression. I won’t be back.

Food was good but the customer service that is another issue. The young lady appeared out of nowhere and barely opened her mouth to greet me, didn’t ask if this was my first time and over no suggestion. I probably won’t go back because customer service is HUGE for me when I am spending my money to patronize your business. I wish them the best though

Poor customer service! How do you simply not greet your customer prior to taking their order. Meal was very basic/ poor quality. The wrap was mostly full of lettuce. The few strips of chicken were very chewy/ tough. I couldn’t bear it, I had to dispose of it.
