Horrible service… I called ahead for two Cuban sandwiches, I got there ten minutes later and asked about my order and they said they needed to make it. Ok no problem I’ll wait. After two long lines were attended I asked about my sandwiches and the lady said oh yes they’ll be out, with a condescending smile like “ops we forgot to make it again”. I didn’t rate the food because I didn’t try it, I just left so it wouldn’t be fair.

The food here is amazing, they have a lot of variety, and the service is great! Clean restaurant and the prices are really good. I got the mofongo con churrasco and it was *chefs kiss* so delicious, the churrasco was made perfectly. I’ll be coming back.

I have been there a few times. They don’t let any customer know what combinations they have. I went there a few times and got charged for entrees and separate sides. It’s America.. front of the house people should 7nderstand English…the staff should know how to take and understand what guests want. I am hesitant to place a big order for me and my coworkers for our next gathering.

This is last time I think I am going to eat there, I have been there a lot. But this is going to be the last. I and my wife had lunch there unfortunately the food was left over. We are having pain on our stomachs. The salad was so bad and my wife ate fried fish but it was left over. I was trying to talk to the manager, all workers there speak Spanish only. They hang up the phone because they don’t speak English.

The three times I tried this place, were very bad experiences. No greeting from the servers. Their attitudes are bad, they seem mad all the time. Stuck up chicks. Also the food was cold all the time. I received cold patalios which were fried on the outside but cold on the inside. That’s crazy to me.

Food was average taste but the customer service was HORRIBLE, answered the phone with and attitude & rude, delivery took 2 hours, the food delivered was the wrong order n it wasn’t the deliveries fault bc the receipt had my address when the right one finally got delivered after another 30 minutes I was missing 2 items n food was cold

This place is really nasty I ask for patelillos they burn them and they were cold in the inside there nasty not trying to be rude but I won’t never eat there again..

Been going here for over a year and the food is great! And the prices are low. It’s a little bit of a language barrier at times but everyone is very nice. And man do they pile up the food. Dominican and Puerto Rican chefs, cant beat that.
