Great place for a quick bite, lots of options to select from. Few vegetarian options are also available. Service is quick, the express kiosks are a bit difficult to navigate. I tried the whole wheat vegetable bao, it was good.

Their Baos have been steaming all day and are mushy. The thai chicken filling looked and tasted like regurgutated baby food. Their flavors are all mixed up confusing fusion of Thai and Chinese. Worst Asian food in Chicago.

Fast, efficient and always friendly.. this might be my favorite Wow Bao location. The only negative is that there is no place to sit and that is my the fault of the mall than it is the business.

Snagged a mid-day snack on the way out. Thrilled we could get a 4-pack assortment! Spicy Mongolian beef, chicken teriyaki, cheeseburger, Thai green curry chicken. I loved how they labeled them individually; the paper on the bottom had the name.

The baos were really good! I tried 4: Mongolian beef, BBQ, coconut custard and teriyaki. The beef and coconut ones were soo yummy, the other two were pretty good too. Small place with no seating area but you can take them upstairs and find a place to sit.

Love the bao buns. Really like the spicy Mongolian beef. Noodles are good too, albeit portions are small. Have been coming to this place for years to grab a quick bite to eat and it is not terribly unhealthy.

The Bao was delicious, but my main meal was disappointing. There was a lack of chicken in my bowl and the noodles had no flavor. I would recommend coming here and just getting bao, don’t waste your money on anything else.

We got the rice bowls with bao combos and the portions were small. The food was overpriced and we were missing some of our food. Customer service is terrible and they didn’t give us the food that we were missing. Anyway food was not good at all so I gave up arguing with the unfriendly employee about our missing 2 bao he insisted he put 4 inside the bag and it was not!!!! Not coming here again.

Experience was very underwhelming. People behind the counter looked as if they were being held hostage, the girl who was “making” (ie. Heating up) had nails long enough to gut a man and could barely open the sauce packets. When we got our food, the “fried” rice was gummy as if it was reheated or from a microwave. The egg in the rice had grey spots all through it and came with about 7-8 small pieces of orange chicken. The bao was very tasty and about the only thing. ( I just hope I don’t regret it tomorrow). To top it all off they didn’t give forks. A Chinese restaurant that f’s up rice is a disgrace.
