Absolutely worst experience and worst good in Chicago. They were already closing down 40 minutes early. Then we ordered two bowls and I came out like chop suey, barely any substance, just runny soup-like mix. Disgusting.

Had to order online and the two people working when I picked up my food were not friendly but since we were getting ours to go…. Who cares. I loved the pot stickers and the hot buns were tasty. Not exactly gourmet food but good for what it was

Let me just say there was nothing”wow” about this place. I did like the bao I got, they were overall tasty, but they didn’t really taste like traditional bao I have had. The dumplings were good. Otherwise everything else was pretty awful. The soup was gross, the noodles were mushy and had 0 flavor. I was also not a fan of the meat. Their “famous” fried rice was probably the nastiest rice I have ever eaten. My bao’s were also not labeled, so I was unable to figure out which was which without ripping then in half to look inside.

Fast food Chinese joint similar to Panda Express. I think the food was great but not the best Chinese we had. We ordered a combo menu where we had kung pao chicken and 2 baos. I like the ease of placing an order and the time it took for them to make our food.

Not the best quality food but its okay. The potstickers were hard on the outer edge of the wrap but the baos were steamed well. Just not much variety in flavor. Good amount of seating, though we did observe a pickpocketing attempt inside the eating area so watch out for your belongings.

Good food for the price! Good variety of bao fillings and their combo meals look good too. I prefer more filling, but I understand that they have machine made baos. Love the bamboo steamers! Convenient kiosks outside for ordering and a nice space inside; clean!

Baos were bland at best, underfilled and undercooked. The dumplings were also undercooked and just blah. I don’t think we actually finished anything. The food was just plain sad and disappointing. They closed the dining area an hour early and were bothered that we had even shown up to eat. Save your time and money. This place sucked

The Bao were ok. The tea was also fine. The veggie bowl with noodles was astonishingly bland. As if there was effort made to remove flavor from the veg. The bottom of the container was a pool of noodle water. 1hr before closing we were told we could only order to go because they were short staffed and needed to start working on closing. Would not recommend.
