This was the “buffalo chicken” calzone which had no buffalo sauce, no bleu cheese, and was undercooked to the point there was raw dough. This is the “BLT” that had next to no bacon, the equivalent of half a slice of tomato cut into 4 tiny pieces, and a few shreds of lettuce. Threw it all in the garbage, what a waste of money.

absolutely love them. i always try to make husband go and travel 25min to get this for me every weekend if possible. loveee the customer service. super sweet people. Food is yummo. and consistent. love their pizza something diff about it then the other normal pizza eateries around town

I ordered off of door dash, I orders a 10 in pizza with fries. When I got the order the box has cheese on the side, I open the box and all the toppings were on the side of the box, I don’t know if it was the drivers fault or the restaurant. Regardless when I lifted a slice off all the toppings fell off. This is so disappointing for pizza. Not worth the money I rather get little Caesar’s than this place. Would not recommend unfortunately.

I hate to give a bad review because I used to love this place, but it has declined in quality immensely. The pizza tasted like a frozen pizza you could get at the grocery store and the fries were super soggy and bland. 🙁

Great spot. I ordered a steak and cheese and it was delicious, but even better than the food was the atmosphere and the owner! He is so friendly and goes out of his way to show gratitude and kindness to the customers, I watched him give a lady a discount on an order for driving far to pick it up. All employees are warm and its the kind of ace you’d go for the people first and the food second, even though the food is delicious. Please go support Worcester Pizza Factory!!

Owner need to learn manners & needs to know what serial harassment is. If it was my daughter or wife he talked to like that.. I would have his jaw wired shut.. if I worked for him & her talked to me the way he talks to his workers I’d make sure he wouldn’t have a crew to work for him..
