Worst ever. People who are giving this place a good review have never had good food. Everything from the tough, slimy texture to the flavor was nasty. Why are there onions in ALL the veggie options? You couldn’t leave one without? Really?!? Finally, the mashed potatoes were okay, but why was the gravy cold? Nasty, nasty, nasty.

The whole experience was awful. I don’t know if it was because of the employees or not but Woodys is usually pretty good. The bake beans tasted like pork and beans, coleslaw was dry, toast was burnt and too much butter. I ordered a side of French fries for almost $5.00 and it was like a small fry for toddlers at McDonald’s. I paid $20 for this. Hire some better employees, please.

It’s a simple restaurant, but very family-friendly. clean, I liked their care in the bathroom, they put things for baby care in the bathroom and I thought that was really cool . and the waitresses are very attentive. the food is good but there was something cold on my plate. But that won’t stop me from going back there again.

Theresa is The Best Waitress. She’s half the reason I go there. Her and her mom are always sweet/friendly. Remember what I order , no matter how long it’s been since I came in. Other than that it’s a descent and quick BBQ lunch spot. Been going there for 15 years.

Came here for lunch, staff recommended the burgers so I got the Bacon Cheddar burger with mashed potatoes and spent a little over $15. The burger was burnt and over done instead of medium rare, and the mashed potatoes were bland and unseasoned. Massive let down on the food, but the service was good.

The cook in the back ( his name starts with a “D”) is amazing. Our server, Maria, was so attentive and helpful. Their coconut cream pie is made FRESH! If you love coconut, I highly recommend it. Their brisket and smoked chicken wings, paired with the chipotle ranch, is fantastic. The quality of the food, dessert, and customer service is impeccable!!! My mother and I will return!!

Great place for lunch. The people are friendly and awesome. Theresa pretty much has my order memorized. They have the normal bbq offerings but I normally do the woody’s burger as it’s one of the best burgers I’ve had. Pricing is good as well. Thanks for reading.

We visited Woodys for the first time today. It was very random. I wanted baby back ribs but they didn’t have any. 15 minutes later I heard the cashier take an order on the phone where she repeated the baby back rib special aloud. I didn’t say anything. I had ordered the spare ribs lunch which was about $13. I received 3 fatty spare ribs. The fries were tasteless and super old and the waitress could see that just as I could as some were brown but had the nerve to tell me they make them fresh. It’s just crazy we had to have several sentences exchanged when you can look and see they were DEAD! They replaced with golden brown and hot fries, still were not good but she said they had gotten the wrong ones in. The ribs were too fatty to enjoy and most places clean them up before cooking and serving. The beans were just ok. We didn’t really like any of the sauces but settled for the sweet. My husband had the all you can ear chicken. The first plate was dry but subsequent plate was better. His okra was the best thing we had, but in asking the upcharge I asked what the amount was , was it $1 just guessing and she said yes. He got two orders and we were charged $1.99 for the upcharge each. I asked her about that and she just said yes that’s right. I was just like ok…. We found flavor lacking in all the food other than okra. Not sure if they are catering towards a certain crowd but I hate having to put salt on all of my food… chicken, tasteless fries, beans etc. Not sure if I’ll make it to try the baby backs or not worried they don’t trim and clean the meats like I’m used to, I’ve never seen that before, but if I do I’ll stick to that and the okra. The service was really good though other than the price error. When we walked in the lady in drive-thru greeted us warmly and it didn’t take long for the server to arrive. I want to do 3 stars for this but the food was just not good to us.
