Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Burnt (completely black) on the bottom. Ice cold on delivery. Almost an hour late. Tasted absolutely horrible. Threw it away after one bite. I never thought there was a such thing as bad pizza. Woodward figured out how to do it.

The pizza here is really good, it tastes fresh and good quality. I loved the crispy edges, the pizza has a good balance of crust, cheese, and sauce! And the wings!! They are yummy! Perfectly cooked! The menu says they are smoked however they do not have an overwhelmingly smokey flavor. They are perfectly tender. I ordered the hot honey wings which was a perfect balance of sweetness with just a touch of heat. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again!

Was eager to try after seeing the rave reviews. Ordered 2 pizzas(medium pepperoni & large mushroom). The crust was soft, no crispy outer layer which made the pizza texturing off. The sauce was a bit salty, too much cheese. The only reason I gave them 2 stars was due to the owner being so nice. He was having problems with his oven and offered me a drink as it was taking longer than normal. Perhaps the oven never made it to its correct temperature and that’s why the dough had zero crispness. I’m not sure I will try again.

Wow! One of the best vegan pizzas I’ve had so far! I ordered the Dearborn Mediterranean vegan pizza. It could’ve used a little more sauce and, salt maybe, but I’ll definitely order again.

I really wanted to enjoy this pizza, i waited for over an hour last night and this is what they gave me. I tried cutting out the bottom and eating the top but i just couldn’t. Too oily and the bottom all burned. Very dissapointed

I have to give the smoke teriyaki wings 5 stars!!! Very flavorful & tender best I’ve had yet!! The pepperoni pizza was very tasteful & sweet, the crust was crispy… Im not big on thick crust so I would rate it 4.5 stars…over all I enjoyed my meal and I will most definitely go back

This pizza is freaking amazing!! The crust is so crispy bust also soft, and the sauce is so good and flavorful!! You can tell the owner puts all his efforts and love into his pizzas!! Try it and you will not be disappointed! I’ve been back 3 times this week already – I can’t get enough!! I would give this place 10 stars if I could!

Great pizza! Great staff! Eric the owner really knows what he’s doing. I was blessed with the opportunity to meet some of his family. Very well raised, and kind hearted just like their dad. Good people here. He puts the same amount of love into his food. This is authentic Detroit style pizza with a crunch that will have you coming back for more. Don’t sleep on this place if you really enjoy great Za because nobody does it better. WOODWARD AVE PIZZA = perfection!!!!!

So I was so happy to come across this place. Ordering was a bit difficult, but the person who answered the phone( I should have asked his name) helped me through the process. I’m from Detroit and love Detroit style pizza. Now I have a spot for my pizza fix. Food was ready when I arrived and was hot until I got home. The only pop I like is Faygo and Grape is my favorite. Now, if they can get some Better Made chips, this Eastsider would be in heaven.
