Not gonna lie when they first opened they were awesome. Then they got cheap with ingredients. Had one associate tell me he should charge me for 2 pizzas. Then they took away the customer input on ingredients. Haven’t seen it busy anymore

This has to be the worst pizza place I’ve ever been to. The place opens at 10:00 or 11:00 I came in at 12:00 and they weren’t ready they were trying to make us wait to order so I waited waited 10 minutes 15 and 30 minutes they still weren’t ready I will never go back to this place again and I recommend nobody go to this place

Called to make an order. She said 15 minutes. I came in 30 minutes. I paid. And waited 25-30 minutes. Then he gave me my 2 pizzas which were probably sitting in the back… and also they were sitting so long so it didn’t taste that great when we came home. The veggies got soggy etc.

I recently went to Woodgrain for dinner and was so surprised at how amazing the staff was. It was a friendly experience and they had the food up quicker than I would have thought. We were able to enjoy amazing pizza, with a quality customer experience which for “faster” food is very rare. It was exactly what I asked for, it came up quick and with a friendly smile.
