I recently visited and I just had to write about our amazing experience. We had been there before, but this time, we were pleasantly surprised by the changes that had taken place. We learned that the restaurant has been taken over by new owners, and it’s clear that they have made significant upgrades to the menu and overall dining experience.

Restaurant ambiance was good.. great attentive service by our server. Food quality was good. Enjoyed the Miso soup, sizzling Korean pancakes was ok, the presentation was good however the center was a bit undercooked and lacked seasoning. The pork belly BBQ was prepared by our server very nicely, again the pork belly and other cuts were a bit bland, the Korean Chicken Wings were hot, fresh and crispy..good flavor. Restroom was very clean.

Ordered beef bbq for 2 people($115). I think the quality of the meat itself is not bad. However, I feel like the waitress that grilled the meat for us was not experienced enough. The meat was burned outside but it was still very raw inside. The egg stew tasted weird with the bitterness caused by burned egg at the button.

First dinner at Woodam. Went there with another couple. We are very impressed! Two of us had Dol Sot Bibimbap (Bibimbap in a searing hot stone pot), two of us had Korean BBQ cooked in the grill at the table. The quality was outstanding. I like Korean restaurants, and I think Woodam is the best I’ve been to. Also… the appetizers were great I’d enough that I’m tempted to order them as a meal next time I go.

Food, atmosphere and service are all amazing at this fairly new Korean BBQ restaurant. We tried the Bul Go Gi – and chose to use the BBQ at our table to cook the meat – was one of the best tasting entrees ever, as the marinade and the meat quality were both of the charts. Plus it was fun to “grill” the meat at our table. In addition, the Bi Bim Bap rice dish with Chicken was delicious. While this restaurant does not serve alcohol, you may BYO- beer, wine, etc. Overall amazing restaurant!

All I can say is Wow and welcome to the area. A close nit group (15 in total) of neighbors ventured out to Woodam for dinner on a Friday night. With a large group, we called in advance and they were able to accommodate us with no issues. When we all arrived, we were seated promptly at 7 and our dinning experience began.

Probably the best Korean restaurant around here. They grilled the meat at our table. They have wine but I saw people being their own beer, that’s what we would do next time. Big space but you probably need reservations for the weekends. They have large, private space upstairs that was nice. Attentive service, excellent cinnamon tab (and ice cream) for after the meal. Nice addition to the area.
