Garden fresh veggies in my tomatoes, onion, spinach and feta omelette. Truly crisp tender. Very cute atmosphere. And very friendly staff.

When I came here the first time I was strolling down the road until I found this breakfast restaurant.

Wood N Spoon is a great local restaurant. Great owners, staff, welcoming atmosphere and very good food. A gem in Vero Beach.

The food has been good here. This is a nice local restaurant with friendly staff. I believe the restaurant is family owned/managed because a kind little boy took our drink orders. Food is pretty quick and always fresh. The French Toast is simple but is nice and sweet.

Clean and quiet place that is accommodating to gluten-free and celiac needs. Serves breakfast and lunch type items. I got gluten free French onion soup and a Curry chicken sandwich. Both were yummy.

These people know flavor! The food is delicious and the service is great. I feel like people are missing out on this place. I had an amazing eggs Benedict.

I could not be happier with this cute little find in Vero Beach, FL! Wood N Spoon has so many amazing gluten free and vegetarian options. The best part? I didn’t get sick at all from cross contamination. I had the Lox Gluten Free Bagel and French Onion Soup. Both were absolutely delicious. I want to try more of their menu items! Went here a couple months ago and I’ve been craving that gluten free bagel ever since.

$10-$12 for a sandwich and iced tea seemed high — no chips or fries, not even a pickle! Friendly service, but slight delays. Pastrami sandwich was really corned beef. Egg salad sandwich could use more seasoning.
