They will scream at students if they don’t pick up their order right away. Disturbing customer service. Also noticed one day that they left the cooler door open for a while (where all the raw meet is supposed to stay at a cool temp). Would fail a health inspection if they saw that.

Food is mediocre (at best) and customer service could be much better. A lot of times the chicken is overcooked, making the it extremely tough and difficult to consume. Not to mention, the skin of the fried chicken patties tend to fall off and completely detatch from the chicken. Also, the fries are never salted well. Either your fry has no salt or one end of the fry has salt while the other does not—there is no inbetween. Overall, I’d give it a 2.5 (or just 2 stars in this case).

Ok sometimes. There’s always something wrong with the order, like it’s burnt, the fries arent salted, or the order is just the wrong thing (which has happened on most of my visits here). Or just no one is manning the register. And the guy with the dreads could teach a masters class on being bad at your job and having terrible customer service.
