Called at closing time and they kept the kitchen open to get us supper. Great food, good people. Shots are about 1/3 a real shot size so after 1 I decided it best not to waste my money on that.

Stayed a weekend. Ate at restaurant both nights. Friday fish fry was good, however service was bad. We saw our waitress 3 times both nights. Saturday prime rib was well done, not as ordered. Had to track down our waitress to complain. A employee who was not working helped me. Bartenders were good both nights.

My wife and I checked out the Wolf’s Den based on recommendations from locals. I had a burger and chips, and she had a burger and sweet potato fries. Both meals were good, and the service was good…not common to get good food and service out in the wilderness!

Good place to eat friendly’s staff and price friendly food. The shaved primer ribs sandwich in the photo below was amazing. The nachos were good beef and chicken. The hot wings are extremely hot do not underestimate them. Crystal was an awesome bartender I’ll be smiling and kept drinks full and the bar clean. What a great view of the lake from the bar.

Welcome to Wisconsin, where you will watch your bartender refill their own beer before yours. I have never before experienced such horrible customer service. You are lucky to get a second drink in this establishment. Plan for at least an hour for any meal as it will take your waitress 10 to 15 minuets to take your order. We frequent this restaurant when we are in the area as there are no other family friendly options and every time we come it is a painful experience. Save yourself the hassle and order your food to go.

I had the opportunity to be in this bar for a few days in a row as I was staying at the hotel that had this bar in it. Got to know the staff. Some good, the others should just find a different career path. The nice staff were friendly and great with service.

The food and drinks here are amazing! The cream cheese wontons are a must have and their bucket drinks! The steaks are cooked perfectly. Service is speedy and very friendly. A must stop for sure!
