I went to this restaurant because someone recommended it, and it was a complete disaster! I ordered a plate of orange chicken and beef and broccoli. The beef and broccoli was slimy and had a foul smell, like it was about to go bad. The orange chicken was no big deal, and to top it off, paying $43 for those two dishes and some egg rolls is a real steal! Seriously, I would never recommend this place to anyone, what a disaster!

Maybe it’s me being from the East Coast but, I have never tasted Egg Foo Young as prepared here. Maybe it’s a west coast thing but it’s not edible. I ordered a vegetable Egg Foo Young and cannot tell what the ingredients were or the sauce. I also ordered a chow mien dish that had broken noodles and little flavor. I hope this is a localized condition. One more comment, I can see possibly why I had so many soy sauce packets given. Possibly to give the food flavor? Yuk

Quite possibly the best Chinese food I have ever eaten. The restaurant is mom n pop owned and operated. The food is excellent, the servings are plentiful, the prices are fair, and the service is friendly. I will definitely keep going back. July 2021, it was around $10-$15, per person.

Giving this place a 4 only because they were super nice. The food was just ok. The Egg Fo Young was decent-a little salty. The sweet & sour chicken was very bland. The sauce wasn’t super sweet, like I had hoped and wasn’t very thick. The egg rolls (not shown) were the worst I’ve had-ever. Had a very odd taste, I can’t really explain. The beef green pepper was ok. Nothing special. The best thing we had was the sesame chicken! Loved the flavor, loved the size of the chicken…it was the only thing everyone wanted more of!! Think I will give it a try again and order something else to see if other things are better on the menu.

I’ve enjoyed the food prepared in this restaurant over a lot of other Chinese restaurants I have been to. There’s a good selection in the menu and the food prices were reasonable. I’d probably eat there again when I am in the area. The wait staff though were a bit slow to replenish drinks and I felt didn’t engage customers enough, but were friendly enough. Not a fancy high-end restaurant, but a decent place to get a satisfying meal.

Love this place, got some of my co workers hooked on it also. Best Egg Foo Young around. They are run by a great group, I can only assume they are family. Very helpful and accommodating. Lunch buffet is a favorite.

I came here over some good Yelp reviews and it’s very mediocre in my opinion. I’ve been to better and been to worse. I’ve heard the sweet & sour chicken is good here. So I asked the Chinese waiter “where’s the sweet & sour chicken on the buffet?” and he pointed at the orange chicken and said “all we have”. I would’ve left over that if I wasn’t really hungry.

My husband and I are OTR truckers, from Houston and we’re stuck in the area for the night, we were starving so decided to see what was around..we stumbled upon your establishment so decided to try it out..WE ARE SO GLAD WE DID!! The restaurant was small and quiet, the service was great! We ordered the won ton soup, chicken w/ mushroom and the beef w/ mushrooms…OMG ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! The food was fresh, seasoned perfect, and was enough to have dinner again tomorrow!! We WILL DEFINITELY be back!! Thank you so much!!
