I have been ordering Chinese food from wok to go for two years now. I will order food from them until I leave bel air. I will say sometimes their delivery takes too long. But probably 90% of the time, the food comes hot and fast. I always order the large size so that I can have leftovers the next day. Also their egg rolls are amazing!

Ordered food, got charged for it twice, two different prices. I got the lesser of the priced orders. I called and told them their error the (owner) said it’d be refunded in two weeks. This happened may 14, no refund. No help. Won’t go back. It’s a $58 error in their favor.

This use to be the best place in bel air, well not anymore. The lady at the counter was rude when we picked up our food and then the seasame chicken was hard as a rock and dry and appeared days old. I ate maybe 1/3 the rest is going in the trash. The fried rice was also bad and seemed old. The only thing decent was the California roll but even it wasn’t fresh the cucumber was mushy. It was expensive too since they raised prices and not worth it. Won’t be going back! Date 9/28/21 don’t recommend. Sucks there’s no good Chinese in our area I’ll have to travel to Towson to Szechuan house. (The sauce hides the hard chicken in the picture but I did my best to show it).

It’s a little on the pricey side, but if you live in bel air, it’s typical. this place is the best place i have found in harford county with tofu dishes. i like that the bean curd is in big pieces and still juicy in the inside. most other places it’s dry. i also got plenty of mushrooms. i also found that this place has a fantastic spicy tuna roll! there’s lots of fish and it’s ACTUALLY spicy. As well as the spicy mayo. if anyone can tell me where else to find a good tofu dish around here let me know.

Expensive but WORTH IT if you love protein. The large size is a massive amount of meat, a whole container. Very little vegetables, but the meat’s where the money is and this place delivers (no pun intended).

I really like their food, but right now I am so upset because whenever I order my food from wok togo. I say people no mushrooms on any of my food because I am allergic to mushrooms. But today my lunch special was full of mushrooms.

It used to be really good the lunch special was very very small portions the smallest I’ve ever seen, and they messed up my order so I had to sit there an extra 20 minutes. I only went here because my regular Chinese place to go to was closed.

I love the food from here but the customer service is the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced. The women is BEYOND RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! A month ago my order never came & she told me it was my fault & she’d refund my money & maybe I should not order from her anymore. I nicely explained that wasn’t the issue but she hung up on me & my money was never refunded. Again, we tried again & after waiting almost 2 hours for delivery I called to nicely check the status of the food & she said it’s bc I live so far & maybe I shouldn’t order from her yet again find somewhere else then. I nicely explained how I live 6-7 minutes away & how rude that was to say. Tonight was my last straw when I placed an order online & she called me bc she didn’t feel my tip was enough for her driver & did I want her to cancel my order? I couldn’t believe what I was hearing?! This women is disgusting & single handling driving this place in the ground!
