The food was good for a takeout Chinese joint. It’s kind of what you expect- which is good because that’s why you go there, and that what makes it “good”. The price was good too, quite inexpensive given recent inflation. Downsides- the place is a dive. But you can see into the kitchen so it’s not dirty- just old. For Danville- it’s a good bite to eat.

I have called in and picked up food at Wok N Go on and off for over 20 yrs. I have never been disappointed in my food. The staff is always the same. If they are busy, they are all business, but if you have a question, need some assistance ordering, they have always been courteous and helpful. My experience is good. Food is fresh and hot, even when I pick it up and drive the 11 miles to home with it. Recommend Wok N Go! My advice – if you don’t know what you are getting, don’t judge the restaurant bad just because you don’t like what you ordered.

Not too sure how to rate this one, a 2.5 would be the most accurate score – ordered two entrees and two sides (egg rolls and crab rangoon). One entree was very dry and more cold than room temperature, it had clearly sat out and was not cooked fresh upon ordering. The other entree was very hot and fresh and quite good. Finally, the egg rolls were cold and bland (who knows how old they were) but the Rangoon was fresh hah. It was a very 50/50 partially cooked fresh and partially thrown together meal. Would I order again, very doubtful, who knows though.

The food here is good. I’ve gotten the general tso, bourbon chicken, teriyaki, egg rolls, spring rolls, shrimp rolls, fried and white rice. The general tso was a little spicier than I expected, but it was delicious. The bourbon chicken is my new favorite. The egg/spring/shrimp rolls were not what I expected (shredded cabbage and chopped meat), they have chopped meat and other veggies. Different but good. Foods ready for pick up when I get there.

I’ve had the Wok-N-Go in Versailles which has to be my favorite Chinese restaurant. However, this place is certainly the worst. The woman who took my order was incredibly rude to both myself and a customer on the phone. As for the food, the eggrolls were decent, the sesame chicken was disappointing, and the fried rice was absolutely disgusting. The most bland rice I’ve ever had. I will never return.
