After getting in from a long road trip, I ordered the family meal from the Callaghan location. The first unfortunate event with the restaurant is being out of hot oil. While waiting for my order, I saw the chef serve my phad thai as a dine in order before the cashier corrected him it was “to-go”. We got home, took out our food , and noticed 6 small pieces of our chicken for our general tso dinner plate. This is the $12 entree, in this case, with a burnt egg roll. As we began eating the phad Thai, we could not help but notice the burnt taste and over sprinkling of chili pepper flakes. We could not even enjoy the dish. When trying to call to have this replaced, all I got was ringing. Almost $70 gone to waste unfortunately.

This place is good to eat If you dine in, but not good for takeout. Spent $30+ just on 2 plates plus 2 medium drinks that come in the SMALLEST containers and not even filled up to compensate. Did not even get full after eating.

Disgusting! 15 min wait for “fresh” egg rolls meanwhile the rest of the food is trash! The cashier was rude, unable to answer a question without being condescending. $29 for dinner and all we could eat was rice, tried to call a few times but if course NOBODY answered.

this was not it.. i got the lunch lemon special. and the lady at the window was nice only reason im rating 2 stars. how ever i waited about 5-10 minutes for my food. it didnt bother me, i knew it would be fresh. the outside looks like it was a bit crispy no problem but the chicken looks like its either really dry or uncook. i ate it and it tasted so bad like they didnt even change the oil or didnt cook it correctly. my eggroll was hard to a crisp. the rice tasted like it had been sitting there. so disappointed in my lunch today.

The food was mediocre asian food a kind of fast food style place. I got the Tuesday special which was beef n broccoli. It was ok but the sauce was poured all over the rice which made it kinda soggy. I loved the soup bar! Egg drop, wonton and corn chowder were all good. Also the soup bar was all u can eat! They even had the lil crispy noodles. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Very very nice staff!!

I’ve been coming here for years and everything was always great. My wife and I had an order of stuffed rangoon with our meal. I was the lucky one who had a piece of scrub wire in my stuffed cream Rangoon and showed the employee she apologized. I was at least hoping she would have taken them off my bill,I wasn’t expecting a free meal, but it’s fine. Just be careful when you come here.

We normally come to walk in on 410 and Military… I placed my order and my mother placed her order. I had to sweet and sour pork n my mom had the combo. When we got to the soup bar the corn chowder was lukewarm… I finally get my order and my mom doesn’t get hers. 15 minutes have gone by and I get my order. My mother’s order doesn’t come at all so I go to the counter and inquired about my mother’s order… So the employee goes to the kitchen and inquires about my mother’s order. Another 10 minutes go by and my Mom finally gets her order… But when they handed to her it’s just plain lemon chicken where’s the combo… The lady says your receipt only… My mom and I look at each other and say no she ordered the combo…. Then places where the ticket says lemon chicken not a combo… It was just a horrible so my Mom requested that we take it to go and we just left my food was always cold because I never got to eat with my mother…. So never again are we going to go to this location… The service was horrible they never apologized and the food was cold

I’d truly love for the owners to get in touch with me so that I may relay a conversation that I heard on their very own drive through intercom, about how she doesn’t live near there but they won’t get rid of the rudest person that I’ve ever had to deal with… from one business owner to another it’s your people that you need to reevaluate. Good luck!!

i love this place, i go to it daily and they serve the best food for a good price and gives you a good amount of food. I highly recommend this place, not many people there daily and it isn’t crowded, just a chill restaurant to eat at.

The Pad Thai was horrible. The egg drop tasted old and my son’s lemon chicken was all slimy like it wasn’t fully cooked. Easily one of the worst places I’ve ever tried.
