We went on a Tuesday afternoon so it wasn’t very busy. There were a fair amount of menu options and I tried Moo Goo Gai Pan for the first time, which has a garlic sauce. I ordered a lunch special while my boyfriend selected a regular item of Mongolian beef. We paid $23 overall and this included an entree, rice, side, soup and drink. The cashier was very friendly and the food came out quickly. We both enjoyed our food and would definitely go back again. My only complaint is that the floors were dirty.

One of our favorite places to dine in. The food is really good, portion sizes are great for the price, and the atmosphere is very cozy and warm. My daughter and I always get the garlic chicken and its delicious. My husband always gets the sweet and sour chicken and that is always good too. 10/10 recommend!

We came here for the first time, January 7th and had dinner. Half way thru eating the Beef Fried Rice, we found a screw in the rice! I immediately took the container to the counter and spoke with the manager. She was surprised, apologized and gave us a option of a newly cooked Beef Fried Rice or a refund. We took the refund. How does this happen? Someone could have choked on the screw, broke a tooth, poked a hole in the tongue or gum. We also ordered Cashew Chicken, but they did not add any cashews. I took that container to the manager and she asked the cook and he said they were out of cashews and said she didn’t know that. I asked if the cook knew then why didn’t he tell anyone and why did he cook the dish without cashews and not tell anyone. One of the styrofoam cups we were given for our drinks had what looked like a dead squashed bug on the inside. We asked for a new cup, but they didn’t seem to care. Outside temperature was 41 degrees and it was very cold in the dining area. I asked if the heater was working and if they could turn it on. The girl said yes and she then went to turn it on. Why wouldn’t they have the heat on when it is so cold outside? The place wasn’t very clean as other reviews stated. The other food was ok. Based on our visit today, we won’t come back.

Dirty dirty place. Food on buffet counter is uncovered. Floors are filthy. Bathroom is out of order and there is white powder all over the floor for the roaches I assume? The cooks are in the front and one is eating something and drinking too. He belches really loud. Gross experience all around. The girl at the front was in the bathroom while I was and did not wash her hands. Will never eat here again. Food inspector needs to inspect ASAP

Today’s order just solidified my decision never to eat Wok Inn again from this location or any other location. I left a note in the special instructions box on the app to “Please fry the tofu extra hard/firm/crispy” something I have done atleast a dozen times and every time the tofu is slimy. It doesn’t take much to fry tofu and make it firm especially on a grill. I usually just bring my orders home after being disappointed and put them in the air fryer but at this point I’m sick of it. The bland, tasteless food, and slimy tofu just isn’t worth it. I always have to season the food, and finish cooking it, so why am I paying them? Never again, no thanks, wouldn’t even eat it if it were free.

Terrible experience with the food. This place has gone beyond downhill. My rice was soaked in oil and was hard to chew. You can see the oil that pooled at the bottom of the bowl. The egg drop soup was very salty. The bathrooms are dirty and the highchair we had to use was sticky on all of the edges. The fork we got still had rice on it too. We used to frequent here but after getting rice like this and seeing how dirty it was, we won’t be going back.

This is my go-to place when I am too busy to cook. I have ordered delivery twice from this location; so far, so good! It takes 30 minutes or less for the food to get delivered to our home and both times I ordered, the delivery people were nice and friendly. Everything is packed well. No spills at all, very impressive considering there is soup. The food have a fair amount of serving. I first ordered shrimp with lobster sauce. I had a different type of lobster sauce in mind, so it did not really reach my expectation, but it was still tasty. I ordered sesame chicken for the kids, and they loved it. The second time I ordered, I tried the korean chap chae which was delicious, but too greasy. The crispy noodles is very good too; only .75c a small pack. I also ordered walnut shrimp, it was saucey with vegetables, I am not a fan and would prefer Panda Express’ honey walnut shrimp. My daughter hates seafood, but she loves their fried calamari! The only thing I dislike is that since they use plastic containers for food delivery you could see how greasy/oily the food are, but overall I would recommend the food! My bill is usually around $30-$40 (delivery) tip included.

I had been passing by this place for about 2 years. Tonight I decided was the night. I really like the name. Well, it is a decent spot. Nothing wrong or great about it. I had the Shrimp Fried Rice (always a must for me…and usually how a judge a place) and the wild Chicken & Mushrooms. I was not disappointed in either dish. This will probably be one of my Go To spots for when I want something small and quick.
