Order the lunch special. Fried rice was old, chicken was hard and not fresh. My daughter ordered the shrimp & the dish came w/ 4 very small shrimp. The only thing fresh was the egg roll. Asked for extra duck sauce, & received 2 packs. Sad, the food here use to be so good. Where can we get decent Chinese food?

This is my go to Chinese food place, the food is always fresh, hot, delicious and incredibly fast to come out. If you call for a delivery, you will most likely receive your food in less than an hour. If you call to pick up, you will most likely receive your food in less than 30 minutes. You really can’t ask for more. I’ve only ever had one experience where I called for pick up, and was asked quite rudely if I “was actually going to pick the food up,” but I’m going to chalk that up to the person that I spoke with has never spoken with me before, and has had that happen to them several times, so they were cautious. That happened once a couple months ago and I’ve gone back three times with no problems. I’m a white rice girlie, and this white rice tastes like nothing-which I absolutely LOVE in Chinese steamed rice. I wish I could re-create that cloud taste at home! It’s literally my comfort food, I go to buy small pints of white rice only sometimes.

We order from here a lot. Lately they have been forgetting things in our order after we pick up. We realized at home and called them to say part of our dinner is missing. They did t seem to care and just said “next time” we will give it to you. The chicken egg foo young was not good at all. We also asked for extra sauce for it and they simply didn’t give it to us. She said they don’t give extra sauce. It would have been better to offer to delivery us the missing food. We will not be going back since they clearly don’t care about doing the right thing.

Would give a 3.5 in reality. The food is great in comparison to other Chinese places in the greater Palm Beach County area. They are definitely one of the two preferred choices, with consistent quality, flavor, comparable pricing etc. My issue has been with service. Both times were call in orders. We were told 10-15 minutes when in reality is about 25-30 min. The first time I want expecting it and had a long and frustrating wait. The second time around I planned for it and arrived 25 min after placing the order and they were just bringing it up from the kitchen.

I normally enjoy coming here. Food is generally good. However the customer service can be improved. Let’s just say I am not going to spend money where I feel disrespected. I’ll be staying home and make it myself next time time i am craving Asian food. Thanks for the encouragement.

I decided to go here on lunch break, the egg rolls has some type of pink gummy looking stuff in them it supposed to be pork. They charge extra1$ a piece for beam sprouts and egg this should come with the rice if ask. The First time I bought food from this place I got the ribs lunch special and the ribs were extra saity, so I thought I would give them a second try. Bad idea now I’m feel sick had to throw have tray of food away.

I spent about 15 minutes looking on Google Maps for a decent Chinese restaurant to order from. I decided to give Wok Inn a try after reading some of the reviews. I ordered the jumbo pork fried rice, vegetable egg rolls, beef lo mein, wonton soup, and beef spare ribs. I was not disappointed. The rice was freshly made with plenty of pork pieces and had gpod flavor. The spare ribs were tender and meaty and not fatty. The soup and Beef Lo mein were also on point. I will be visiting again soon. Keep up the good work and quality of your food.
