Had a GREAT EXPERIENCE here WNB factory! The Staffs are very welcoming and the food is magnificent!!! Smoothies are my favorite drinks and also if your not a smoothie person you can never go wrong with some peach drink or sweet tea. I eat here three to four times a week for lunch and it’s worth every penny!!

Very disappointing. Trash on the floor and unclean tables is a telltale sign they don’t clean as often as they should on a not-busy day. But their WORST offense was this sorry excuse for wings, I ordered a 5 or 6pc lemon pepper dry rub, real basic. But they literally just poured some of the dry rub on top. I’m pretty sure they’ve got them frozen in the back and stick them in a fryer. The fries were passable, I didn’t care for the sweet tea. Fountain drinks were about par as well.

I ordered a bun less burger … there was no option for grilled onions so i chose fried onions and immediately after called the establishment to make sure it was grilled instead … after being given a hard time to correct the issue the young girl stated twice that grilled onions would be on the burger. I received my order with FRIED onions and none of the sauce that was asked for. I go to the restaurant to have it corrected . The young girl calls the manager and tells him “this lady says her order was wrong but she didn’t put anything in the memos” . Which infuriated me because when I called and spoke with her twice( because it took her some time to understand the difference between fried and grilled) she stated it would be grilled . After waiting about ten minutes she calls me over for me to check my new order , the bun less burger that I originally ordered was not there but a burger with the bread lol . Will never return, please teach your workers better.

Their wings and burgers are actually pretty solid BUT I can’t give it more stars because there’s always something wrong with my order. Wrong flavor or missing Items. I’ve tried this place 3x now because I do love their food but wish they can get it together.

The chicken sandwich was so soggy it was running juice from the wrapper. The sauce was spicy in places. The girls working the front were loud and not interested in the customers. They were eating and acted bothered by customers. I felt we were not welcomed and were excited to leave.

Not the best customer service from the cashier on 09/02/2022 around 12pm. There was one person in the front of the house seemingly overwhelmed by multiple tasks which would explain the attitude I received. Please hire nicer staff.

2-7-21 My family and I have ordered from this location plenty of times before HOWEVER, today we had a 50 minute wait(understandably) but wings were very bad. My wings were undercooked, and rest of my family did NOT like them AT ALL. I called to speak to a manager. I will call again tomorrow.
