I ordered a 60 pc wing over the phone and got in and paid for it only to realize he charged me for a 6 pc. I was very nice about the mistake and told him I said 60 pc but he barely speaks English so I assumed he was saying 60 pc also but the funny thing is he didn’t want to accept the fact he made a mistake. They didn’t want to make my rice over so everything would be hot and I couldn’t get a refund on the 6 pc he charged me for! I was going to dispute it, but I will do even better and not go here anymore. A mistake is a mistake, but not accepting the responsibility of the mistake is the problem!

I had to stop coming to this store. The female owner is extremely racist to black people. I’ve heard her say how we steal right to my face. She literally just tolerates customers. Even if you try to be nice and polite. She just stares at you with a stone cold face. No smile at all! The vibes are cold in that store. Buy your chicken wings somewhere else. Let’s not give people our money who hate us.

The Banks Crossing location has been fantastic. 1st thing you notice compared to similar places in the area is how clean the restaurant is. Gives you a little more confidence of the cleanliness in the kitchen. Secondly, they move quickly and process your order fast. Lastly, its just good. We always get burgers and an order of wings and we have not been disappointed. The wings are a good size and they even take the time to wrap the burgers nicely. In an area where the customer service has been depleted, this is a bright spot.

They have terrible customer service. I order from this place consistently. I went back to get more ketchup packets after ordering food and the lady got rude and talked low saying I couldn’t have any. AGAIN, I just ordered food from here. It’s ketchup. I will not be returning

I went in one late afternoon and ordered a chicken fried rice and some fries it was 7pm im supposed to reach my job in 2 hours that is 40 minutes away i tried to eat some in my car it was hard like left over so i came back for refund the next day after work only for them to enforce their return policy i mean i was a good loyal customer plus i used to spend alot of money in there buying for me and family and friends just saying long over due review to say id never step in that place ever again

These people have the worst customer service ever. The Asian lady at the front never has a smile and is completely rude. They have so many stipulations posted everywhere to avoid being able to accommodate speaking English (which I think is a fraud). Now I’m not racist on my end because clearly I patronize the business but from the MANY encounters I’ve had, I’d have to say it’s the other way around, especially for their main demographic of customers which is sad. Go somewhere where you’re appreciated because it’s clearly not this place.

I would come to this restaurant about every few weeks for a year but my recent visit I got treated horribly by the owner and assistant manager. The communication is horrible enough, I ordered wings and a side, two flavors and they only made one flavor. When asked for my second flavor the refused. When asked for a refund they refused. Then when I tried to grab my food to leave they chased me as if I was in the wrong. Never Again!!!!

I have never eaten at this place but I must say this place is probably the best wing place in Fayetteville. Way better than WingStop, American Deli, or Wings and Things. Prices are reasonable and the food is hot. My favorite flavor so far is the honey lemon pepper and the honey mild. The hiuse fried rice is good to. The flavor of the wings were great. I definitely will be back.

They advertised online a 3 piece chicken tender special for $8.99 (original $10.99), but when I ordered in store they charged me $10.99 and said that the special is online only. I pointed out to her that it didn’t mention it anywhere online. She still charged me $10.99 which I told her it was false advertisement. That was my first visit and I won’t go back!
