Husband went to this place since it’s new in the area and we’ve never tried it.. Where should I start? I ordered catfish with fries and he had the Philly cheesesteak with fries. Order was roughly $30. Well I’ve never had fish fall out the batter and it wasn’t done!! Fries were cold and old, hush puppies were hard like a Boulder marble!! Philly was dry as heck no flavor no condiments on it. Tried calling no answer but I know the gentleman is there because him and Hector(kitchen guy) were having conversations as if no customers were present. I will not be back to this establishment. It went straight to the trash! I hate I wasted my money!!

Ordered wing combo and a cheese steak combo. Both were made perfectly. Establishment is clean and the employee who helped us was courteous. There is a nice variety on the menu. Will definitely be back again soon.

This complaint isn’t about the taste of the food nor the cleanliness of the establishment. It is about ordering wings and getting not one single flat. My fault for not noticing before I left especially since I am the type to pay extra for ALL flats. Therefore I called to inquire if they sell flats. The girl who answered the phone was nonchalant and said something about selling all drums. And she said there was nothing she could do which I hadn’t eaten them so I know there was something they could do. To make matters worse, she didn’t let me ask any questions nor explain but hung up in my face. I called back and she was a little better. But it’s bad that customer service is bad more often than it’s not. Evil times, sad.

This is the only WNB Factory my family & I go to for those Carolina Gold wings! Hands down the best. There’s a young lady that works the front counter during the evening shift and she’s so friendly & professional. I don’t recall her name, but when she is always willing & ready to offer the best service. If you’re ever in the South Dekalb area and looking for good wings & burgers, I highly recommend.
