I wanted to have something new and I had been looking at this place for a few weeks and finally had the opportunity to try them out. The vibe of the place was very casual and the wall art was interesting. But I came for the food, so I ordered lemon pepper wings and a Philly cheese steak. The food is made to order so there was a wait. After about 15 minutes they called me to the counter to check out my food. It looked ok so I took it and headed to my car. Once in the car I found that my crispy fries were soft and the cheese steak was kinda on the small size. I drove home and munched on the fries as I drove. The wings were just ok. The cheese steak was definitely not ribeye and had an off taste, kinda like freezer burn. With all of the wing places around I probably won’t go back to this place again.

First time ever eating at WNB Factory and more than likely will be my last time. The customer service was good & the store was clean. The food was flavorless. I ordered the veggie rice (5) wings combo. The rice looked better than the bland taste. The honey garlic wings seemed as if there wasn’t any honey. I wasn’t expecting it to be dry rub, but wet. Even with seasoning, it still was quite flavorless.

First time here. Ordered boneless wings combo. It was really good! The cashier’s greeted us immediately. They looked like they were ready to get off. It took a while for the food, but I can appreciate it being cooked to order.

I decided to give this place one last try and never again. The service is HORRIBLE and they take FOREVER!!!! I tried some bacon ranch fries with cheese and they didn’t add cheese so the cashier took it back to the kitchen and they poured so much cheese you could barely see the fries and to make it worse the cheese was cold! When we said something about it they didn’t care. To get good service I guess I needed to be a young hot male bc the 2 young girls immediately treated them like royalty when they came in. My cousins order took forever and when she asked how long it would be the girl acted as if she was being bothered and annoyed with us asking. She didn’t even know what it was or that we hadn’t received it. You can’t call or even speak to a manager so this was my only option to get someone’s attention. I’m actually surprised they’re still open but if some changes aren’t made soon they will lose all of their customers.

Went for the first time last weekend. Pretty good amount of people in there so we thought it would be good. So first, the workers could be more inviting/friendly with the customer. They need an intercom. Nobody can hear the orders for pickup without standing directly at the counter. The girl calling out orders was not talking loud enough to drown out the conversations and the music videos on the tv. The food was lack luster. My double double was small and just okay and the philly was dry

Don’t order over the phone and expect to get courtesy when coming in here… my order was put in wrong over the phone and was charged wrong according to the prices I saw on the menu. The lady at the register just told me “sorry love”and acted like it was ok. I wasn’t offered a refund or my food cooked correctly. I took the food bc we had already waited 30 min plus when I asked for ranch on the side and the girl at the counter wanted to argue with me about ordering it. Since you have to pay upfront when placing an order (I’m assuming bc getting orders wrong happens a lot) my food was already paid for.

I ordered at 2:49pm and was told 15-20 minutes. There were 2 men in there eating when we got there. Some time passes, then another man, then another. 30 minutes after I placed my order a bunch of orders came up. We were told that since one guy ( who came in after) had such a large order, they decided to make his first and we were reassured that there were making ours. 3 more customers came in and got their food and it had now been 40 minutes. I was livid, and starving and incredibly hangry. We inquired about the order and they asked what we had ordered, and the employees were arguing in Spanish about our order, so I left the move the car closer and my friend asked to just get a refund. The woman at the counter had to call her manager and he refused. So, we got our food 52 minutes after we ordered it and they gave us another order of shrimp fried rice. It wasn’t until we started eating it and looked through it and we discovered that the eggs and broccoli were burnt.

Came here while traveling and it was a waste of of time. Chicken “sandwiches” were unseasoned chicken tenders on a bun. The burger was was so small and unseasoned ;made up of mostly onion anyways. The one star is for the young woman up front. She gave great customer service and was patient.
