Latto’s lemon herb remix is so good! Wow I love this flavor and I wish that Wingstop would make this a permanent flavor in their menu although it’s only available for a limited time. If you are a fan of chicken wings try this flavor. The place has plenty of seating and parking.

This is a very poorly operated location. Food that has been paid for is left out of to-go orders, and customers who politely call for a resolution are treated poorly. When you do get the food that you pay for, it is frequently raw/undercooked. I enjoy Wingstop, but this location is a poor reflection of the chain.

I really love the wings, but the service still is ridiculous. I order wings for pickup with RANCH not catsup!! I paid for RANCH not catsup!! Granted, they comped the last messed up order…but this is an ongoing issue. Common sense… Wings go with RANCH, not catsup or mustard or mayonaise….

Tim@WINGSTOP Killed it! Attitude was spot on and understanding with my request. When store first opened we spon the wheel for prize on review. Well we won and had no time to claim them I believe the person’s name was Ashly just there to help train them back to her original store, she killed it aswell customer service top notch from the both of em. Well I mentioned that the ticket for free food order was placed inside store somewhere with my name, come back when I was ready. It’s been a few weeks since I have been back and Tim looked at me like I was crazy for a second cause they did not have anything posted stating this was a fact well he did the order for me anyways with a smile. Thank you for that keep up the good work you guys! Ignore the bad reviews you’re a new store and can’t please everyone! Smile b happy treat everyone like it’s the last time you will see them!

Ordered delivery and they forgot to put the fries in the order. Spoke with manager and she said I could come in to get fries or she will have to escalate it to refund me for the fries I didn’t get…very bad customer service

This location recently opened and is either understaffed or badly coordinating orders, as you will have to wait a long time for your order. The online orders are mixed in the same queue as walk-in orders and results in a longer time to complete each order.
