Fantastic food with excellent customer service. I can tell that the employees here work very hard. I had a great interaction with one of the managers here, Mariel I believe was her name, just engaging in friendly small talk as I placed and picked up my order. Helped create a very welcoming environment. She made sure that I was satisfied with my order which I was not expecting. Will return again 100%

Customer service was good. The men’s restroom was filty, and unsanitary. Also, the soda fountain was very dirty. I was very disappointed in the chicken sandwich that I ordered and it looks nothing like their chicken sandwich photo.

Horrible experience. Brought my kids here tonight for a family dinner and we waited 40 minutes on our order. When I asked Christina how much longer the order would take she looked at me like a piece of decomposing roadkill and mumbled hold on and walked away. I went back to my table. After another 10 minutes I got my order minus my daughter’s chicken sandwich and went back up front for another horrible interaction with the walking corpse named Christina and this time I didn’t even get the courtesy of an answer let alone an apology. She just walked back to the kitchen. After another 10 minutes (1hr later) she slid the box onto our table and made some kind whistle noise as she did. If I could give this place 0 stars for its poor customer service I would. I would expect better treatment from prison guards inside! I would imagine these are the kind of people that spit in your food for fun. No joke. STAY AWAY!!

Went to wingstop Gateway tonight. First.. homeless man walked in and filled his cup up with soda but the machine was working. They didn’t say a thing. I ordered the Wings for 2. They gave me two cups for soda. Pop machine was out of ice and the machine was out of most drinks including all diet soda.. So we asked for refund for the pop. Cashier said can’t do it because its part of wings for 2. So my partner said refund the entire purchase and we will go elsewhere. The cashier said they can’t do that either. They told me I would have to contact the GM in the morning for a refund. They can’t do refunds. I walked out without food and a bill. Never will I go back to Gateway wingstop. It’s a mess.

We waited 45 minutes for six boneless wings and a sandwich. This place is terribly understaffed and I felt so bad for the staff that was there. They were trying as hard as they could, but I couldn’t rate better than two stars. ADD MORE STAFF. At least the food was hot and fresh.

Usually order every other week and have no issues using the app. Showed up 5 mins after order was shown to be done and come to find out it was not I had to wait an additional 23 mins on top of the 33 mins already past so 56 mins wait time total. Ordered 2 – 15 boneless wings and LG fries and 6 rolls. I get one 30 boneless wings and what seems to be a medium size fries. For sure not happy with this order.
