I wanted to personally thank Max for making sure that everything I ordered was top notch. I showed up about 3 minutes before my scheduled pickup time. I watched Max carefully prepare, dress and package our items. Everything was photo worthy and tasted amazing. Beautiful wings with just the right amount of sauce, crisp fries and some sensational voodoo fries. If you happen to read this Max, know your excellent work does not go unnoticed. I orders there LG thigh bites combo meal and its pretty good. The only thing I didn’t like was that they gave mostly little piece of breaded chicken which was hard to chew, but the biggers nugets were better then the boneless wings. Definitely more juicy!

I’ve gone to 4 different wingstop locations in california. This one tops all of them. Usually wingstop is a hit or miss but this place is very consistent with their quality. Any time I request special instructions (well done, all flats, extra wet) they give me exactly what I ask for to the T. Zero complaints. This is my go to for wingstop

I just watched the video. You know which one. If you get someone’s food wrong that’s a breach of contract and liability falls onto you. It’s illegal for you to refuse to give that man his money back. He was calm until your staff began abusing him. The cashier trivialized his needs and shifted blame onto him, when it wasn’t his fault your staff made his food wrong multiple times. Trivializing and blame shift are forms of gaslighting, emotional abuse. You don’t know when the last time this man ate, or if he has money to buy more food. All we know is you took his money and messed up his food multiple times and then refused to give him his money, so now he doesn’t have the money or the food. You literally abused him and stole from him. All of your actions in this video are illegal. Treat people how you want to be treated. If you steal the bears food and poke him until he bites, don’t complain that it hurts. The narcissism runs deep at this establishment.

The worst dining experience I have ever had. I placed an on-line order where I got an error message saying it didn’t go through. I checked my bank account and to my surprise I was charged 3 times for the same order totaling $120! I drove to the Wingstop I attempted to place the order at assuming they would fix the error that THEIR company made but the staff was nothing short of useless. I was told by the lady at the counter that “this happens all the time” and “they had no record of what happened” even after showing them my bank statement where they charged me 3 times. There was a gentleman standing against the wall on his phone who stepped in and was as equally unhelpful. He stated his name was Michael and was the general manager. He made 0 effort to make the situation right at all. He also refused to give me any sort of contact information to corporate or his higher ups to the Franchise. So I never received my order they charged me for 3 separate times and I’m out $120. This will be the last time I ever attempt to order food from this establishment and I suggest everyone else refrains from ordering here as well unless you want to receive no food and have them charge your bank account for literally hundreds of dollars. If I could rate zero stars I would.
