I ordered the parmesan wings and the lemon pepper wings for delivery. The wings were tough and rubbery. When I called the store they said that Grubb hub wasn’t their delivery company although that’s who I had to place the order through per Wing Stop’s online directions. I had to call the store 3 times before anyone answered and the representative argued with me that they have never used Grubb Hub. When I told him that the wings were not up to my expectations his reply was “Oh…sorry.” Won’t be ordering from them again.

Although the variety of items on the menu are really good, it seems to take forever between placing and receiving order. The soda machine is currently out of many options. Come prepared for that. It’s a Saturday afternoon so it may be empty by tonight! We waited at a table for fifteen additional minutes, checked in once, and when we went up to the counter, the order had been bagged and sitting on Pick Up shelf. We ordered take out but waited too long so we ate IN. Soda machine repair man just showed up.

used to love coming to this wing stop specifically even though i live across town. i always order on the app and the old employees knew me and always made my food amazing. now i think they have a bunch of new people and the last few times i’ve gone recently have sucked!! i went tonight around 6:30 and ordered on the app as always, i got three meals and i ordered a six piece, i only got 4 pieces! our fries also didn’t have seasoning and they didn’t even start our order until we got there took forever and was not worth it, don’t think i’ll be coming back to this one and i hope to get my money back goddamit.

I placed an order for pick up over the phone couldn’t hear me because of music in the background, then told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. Went to go pick it up and they had screwed up the order and forgot to make one of the items. They then said it would take seven minutes to make the new order that they had forgotten, 28 minutes later I’m still standing in line waiting. Either hire more people or tell someone a more accurate time but it’s ridiculous.
