SLOWEST WINGSTOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! This staff need some serious training on efficiency. I have no clue how it takes over 45 minutes for 15 wings and some fries!!! Meanwhile all of the doordash and online orders seem to just walk in and right back out…

Ordered online and waited the 28 minutes it told me to wait before walking in to pick up order. When I walked in, I was told they are still working on my order. I waited 25 minutes in store before asking them again about my order. The girl at the counter could not find my order anywhere and then reprinted my ticket and told me it would take another 10 minutes. Well over an hour after ordering online for faster service. I requested a refund and they told me their manager would refund and it would take a few days. After I left I went online to find a corporate number and couldn’t find what I needed so I called the store to ask for it. When the girl who originally couldn’t find my order answered and asked for my name, she said “oh we found your order, do you still want it?” I was already at another restaurant getting my kids food and said no. Horrible management.

Place is filthy. There was workers just standing around when someone could’ve cleaned the lobby up. The tables were disgusting can’t even eat comfortably. so gross

The cheese fries are so cheesy I almost ate the whole basket, but not quite. The parmesan garlic are my fav chicken flavor and the sports TVs is so much more fun than lying fake USA fraud news. Hot food is great to get by them cooking it up for me right while I am there. The cleanliness today Wednesday 7/19/23, at Yosemite Ave. MERCED CA 94340 Wing-Stop of recurring and immaculate cleaning tables as guests left made such a nice homey meals effect. I love Wing-Stop! Cashier and I think everyone that works there is always so rude, my son also asked if they are hiring and some girl told him no and walked away like who wants to go sit there and eat when they are with their lemon faces!!! Do not recommend this wing stop and they are slow with online orders they make you wait when you go in

Some wings were good others were extremely salty! It’s like they threw them in a bowl of salt; whenever we would take a bite it was like eating a salt packet. Same with the fries. They were not edible.

Only people that came in to order and was treated so bad by the manager. 45 mins later as they made 15 other ubereats orders that no one picked up. Stop putting the order where customers can see how much food was made before the actual human thats in front of you….. Dont make old people wait on food when no ones pickin up. We will never go again

The people working here always seem a little sloppy but usually do their job. The wings and food have usually been to my liking but last two times the fries were overdone and very salty. The Habanero Mango Wings made the trip there worth it.

I ordered garlic parmesan and probably got Cajun. My daughter had ordered Cajun. Probably easier to cook all of it together and placed in the bag. The fries were soggy. Entire order was placed online. Not worth the money.
