The cashier took our order before 4 other people and we were the last to get our order. They gave our order to the wrong people and then we had to wait even longer for our food and they ended up getting our order wrong but at that point I didnt care anymore. The food was very oily like the little tray had a pool of it. The restrooms weren’t stocked with toilet paper or paper towels.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I usually order lunch for my staff from this place, usually 6 to 8 orders. I usually order online to pick up around lunch time. This time they were missing one order of wings, last time they were missing a side to one order. They always miss something! (they’ve missed an item three consecutive times i’ve ordered) it creates an inconvenience to go back to pick up an item they forgot! I spoke to Evelia, who gave me an option of refunding the order or to drive back and pick it up. I’ve worked in retail for a very long time, as a customer this is by far they worst experience. They did not offer anything for my inconvenience, I had to ask, and when I did she said “I’ll make your 8 piece meal a 10 piece” wow what a joke! I asked for a refund instead, my inconvenience is not worth two wings!!! Not doing business here again!

Wow we’re do I start #1 the young lady that took my order got it wrong #2 the food took 45 minutes to be ready. #3 the lady said the oder was ready and I told her it was dine in not to go. So she rolled her eyes and put all the food on a tray. This is the last time I visit this trashy place. Very rude and unprofessional.

Every order requires a wait. Food is fresh, but fries were cold. Way too much breading on the boneless wings!! I couldn’t even stab it with my fork. Both flavors of wings were very salty! Customer service was ok. Ketchup pump was broke. The you style coke machine is nice.

I love these guys Wings, the only reason why they got a Shady review is because I ordered them on doordash and they canceled their order to make an extra couple bucks on a late night delivery. Which is fine I get it. extra couple bucks in their pocket. Just letting you all know that if you order, order around 7, no later because they might just cancel to up your charge
