I ordered online and I picked up five minutes after I was told to go in and pick it up. When I got to the location, my food was not ready and they had no idea about my order. The man behind the counter told me it would be about five more minutes and I asked if my order never went through and he chuckled at me. He turned around and then walked to the back to make my food. The only good thing about this restaurant is the fancy soda machine from my experience. Ask my boneless wings were crispy critter fried. Inedible.

I had a long piece of hair in my food, and my chicken and fried didn’t have no seasoning on it. They never answer the phone and I saw the cook putting chicken in with her hands no gloves.

Don’t order ahead online . Place order not online food was cold and I could tell where my order was when I came in . 15 to 30 min wait time 8pm. They did my order again but I order 3hrs ahead and I was 5min early but it was cold like 30min to 1hr . Thank you for redoing it . I think this place need to be larger for the amount of orders 1 cashier and 1 for pick up orders compare to Antioch location

Been here several times. It’s close. Getting in a phone call is a 10% success rate if you want something custom like crispy wings or fries. So I have up n now I have an air fryer. Also, don’t carry the extra hot original wings some others do.

Well, the low reviews were true, ordered from here last light and was pretty bad. We ordered online 15pc meal, 9 parmesan regular and 6 Hawaiian boneless but received regular, fries, added: carrot side and carrot/celery side. The wings were completely over cooked, dry and extremely tough, fries were soggy and only 2 ranch dips for entire order. Staff acted like they could care less if you were there or not, like the real staff had all left and a bunch of random kids came in and decided to play “restaurant”

Ordered online waited the allotted amount of time and even stopped at jamba on the way to give them extra time.. upon arrival the staff was scrambling, the establishment was packed, the soda station was gross and the young man who handed me my order seemed to be frustrated already to the point where it was no greeting, just can I help you … and then even when handing me my cup it dropped on the counter and was not secured, which he had no concern for. Second time here where I feel like customer service dropped the ball. 3 stars since the food was hot and my order was correct
