The worst place to eat in Fremont! The customer service is terrible. The apathetic employee. My order came wrong and it was an old order with someone else’s name. When I opened it, the ranch cream was open and the whole bag was full of it. I pointed out to the boy what had happened and I pointed out that the table was dirty and he pointed to his bucket with his rag saying that he was there for me to clean it myself. The wings were in bad shape. They squirted oil and the potatoes were very bad.

My family and I were the only one’s in there at the time. Our food came out 30 minutes later warm/cold. If I’m sitting in your place with nobody else’s my food should come out piping hot. Fries were warm/cold. I looked in and all fryers had food in it. No one spoke English except one person. The other employees didn’t know what ketchup was. Good luck!! When I complained they said my wings were fresh. So I asked for 5 fresh wings. And what a difference. They serve customers old wings microwaved

I rarely give food reviews but had horrible experience with my order. Order boneless wings and tender chicken. And everything was soggy, even fries were bad. Nothing was on par. Nothing like wings more like nuggets. Avoid this place or do not order anything boneless wings.

This place is horrible. (I order online) My order was 2 chicken sandwich meals. They took 45mins to make. When I arrived they didn’t even start on my order. On top of that, they gave me the wrong sandwiches. Then they gave me an attitude when I told them they gave me the wrong sandwich. Better off going to other Fremont restaurant at pacific commons.

Website doesn’t give any options for help other then call store the order is coming from. Unfortunately most times they don’t have a manager able to help with the issue and you have to wait until the next day or longer to resolve it. They have no connection with corporate and corporate doesn’t respond to email inquiries.
