I visited Wingstop on July 7th of 2023 I arrived early before my pickup was due to be don. My mistake for not checking my food before leaving home. my food was very cold dry and there was missing food Wingstop has completely changed from when they first open. I called the store to complain about my order I was told that the managers just went out to lunch. To come back in 30. I called back in 30 minutes and still no manager at the store then I was told that there was a family emergency and they were not able to return back to work if they could take a message and I said yes I’m a customer and I’m wanting to complain about my order because I had missing food my food was cold, dry some food wasn’t given to me at all. I’m missing pieces of chicken wings. I was told I was so sorry there’s a lot going on tonight and to fix this we will complete your order again if you can come back because. I could not return I had to go for a later date, and when I did they said they could not honor what was told to me because they don’t do. This is so sad because I Will not be given them my business.

Pretty clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Chicken was cooked well and was as expected. Knocked off two points for the staff letting one of their kids put his sneakers on the front service counter. I had no idea where this kid’s shoes had been. Other than that, place was nice, took about 15 minutes for my order, and it was delicious.

I ordered online and had my wife pick up. When I spoke to the manager she was very rude and didn’t apologize for getting our order wrong. We had to drive 20 miles back to get the correct order but after getting poor customer service we decided to ask for a refund. The manager never apologized for getting our order incorrect and at the end blamed us for it. I would not recommend this WingStop.

My first time at a WingStop and it will definitely be my last. I waited more than 15 minutes for my order, only to get a tiny chicken sandwich and cold, soggy fries. The only positive thing of my experience was that the guy helping me was nice.

Picture this: 11pm 7/20/22, store is empty. Order 8 wings and fries to eat there, and sit near the fountain drinks by the register. 30 mins pass, and I get up to ask how much longer, and the lady working hands me a bag that has been sitting on their shelf. Apparently she called my name and I didn’t hear it. Instead of getting my attention, or I don’t know, bringing my food out, they let me sit there. I was the ONLY customer in there and they have a long window from the kitchen into the dining room and can obviously see me waiting – I wasn’t sitting there just cuz I was vibing to the music.
