I really wanted to like this place. Yes wings are awesome, and I order this about once a month But im addressing quality. They are short staffed per hiring advertisement’s, so company probably sucks.. Food is basically deep fried wings in generic sauces.yes that’s what generic wing are but I get better results with my BBQ. Are wings great yes, but these are barely a step above frozen food isle quality, just deep fried.

Service sucks here. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to come back to pick up items they left out. One time an employee got really rude and I complained on the app because nobody obviously cared at the location. They never responded. They have me running around for them so you get one hot item and the rest are cold. At $50 +. Perhaps if there was a penalty for angering costumers. I bet if mistakes cost the restaurant more than the customer, management might make some different decisions.

Ordered online two days prior to Super Bowl. Arrived at pick up time. Counted 12 employees jammed behind the counter, so close together that they could barely move. Still waited 20 minutes for my order. Wings were comically undercooked and oversalted. Choked down two because I was starving, then discarded the rest. Never again.

Twice in the last week…and outstanding service. Mgr was making sure the employees were greeting guests as they walked in…today an employee was putting up Valentine deco and handed out Valentine’s to each guest..very nice. Glad to see we have a business in town with great management

Don’t expect your order to be correct. The girl at the register you cannot understand a word she is saying. I asked for a COMBO but didn’t need a drink, I wanted a sandwich & corn. She repeated this back to me but when my order came, no corn. I had to pay extra for my corn!! The music is so loud you can’t hear, it’s very cold inside, we had to eat outside. The girls name is Xochitl, she is horrible at her job. Cannot understand a thing she says with that mask on. I had to go back and ASK for napkins!?! Isn’t this supposed to be a restaurant? I don’t eat without a napkin.

Came here for lunch. The restaurant is supposed to open at 10:30, but the manager (who is a younger lady) didn’t show up until after 11. There was no cashier, so other potential customers left. When we got our food, we had to listen to the younger managers personal, vulgar rap music collection played at excessive volume, to the point it was hard to have a conversation with the person across me (inside and outside on the patio).
