We ordered ahead to avoid waiting in line. Our orders were ready when we arrived. Our order was complete, which is worth mentioning because many businesses will forget to include an item or two. I had an online order and went in 5 mins before the order was supposed to be ready. I ended up waiting 10 mins until I got my order. I didn’t even mind, but the lady at the front counter with blonde hair gave me an extra ranch and a brownie which I did not order. I regret not getting her name, but she needs a promotion, raise, all of the above. Friendliest lady I have met, I saw her greeting guests and communicating with customers and the workers in the back. Food was good, can’t complain. I think what makes this place truly great is the service.

Ok so the first time I went it was great, the fried corn was bomb. Well now they no longer have fried corn apparently so I ordered my family the fries. When they got here they were limp, no flavor and tasted old . Like soggy cardboard. The wings are ok but drowned in grease. The ranch is amazing but wish they would keep the quality consistent. We prob won’t be back to this location.

Absolutely disappointing. I’ve been here a couple times and it is normally fine. But this time was horrible. I ordered the cajun DRY rub and it is one that I’ve had many times. This time not only did I return it twice but eventually just got a refund. The people working today obviously didn’t know how a DRY rub worked. Picture below. My family loved eating tenders (always order Lemon Pepper and BBQ), the flavors of both are excellent! Sometimes we order Louisiana Rub and it’s so flavorful and delicious! We will be coming back here for same! It’s so worth the price to eat because the sauce and rub on chicken tenders are absolutely fantastic!! It is our favorite place to eat chicken tenders! Also, the fries are great!!

Worst customer service ever. So we went there tonight around 10pm and the girl at the cashier who took our order was very RUDE. I feel sorry for her like if she doesn’t want her job then don’t show up at work with the worst attitude. Just keep your energy to yourself we don’t need a terrible person in a CUSTOMER SERVICE industry. Too bad i didn’t got a chance to get her name.
