I placed order and waited. Wings usually hot, not this time! Hadn’t ordered fries for a long time but did and so sorry that I did!! They were not only cold but it was as if they had left them sitting in cold oil. AND there was about 1/4 inch of oil at the bottom of the chicken container. I’m hoping it was an off night for them but won’t be going back any time soon

Wings were not fresh, they were over cooked, dry and not very meaty. Served with one very small amount of blue cheese enough for about 4 of 10 wings. Had to purchase carrots and celery separately. Won’t be going back. Poor value for the money.

Terrible service. The employee at the counter was on her phone and didn’t want to take the order. She then was joking with the cook and the person on her phone. Then it took 15 minutes to get the food, when there was no other orders being prepared.

I wouldn’t normally waste my time on a negative review, but these wings were terrible. I went on a Friday at 5pm and they weren’t busy. I ordered the bone in wings, lemon pepper, garlic Parmesan, and spicy Korean. The wings were so dry and overcooked, they were also really small. I ended up throwing some away. To make matters worse, when I asked for ranch and blue cheese they charged me $1.50 for each! Not giving ranch or blue cheese complementary to go with wings is unheard of… It’s like giving a salad with no dressing. This place is awful.

It’s actually a 4.5 but I’ll give them the 5 because of accuracy of the order. Good food.. I got spicy Korean q which was amazing.. and then I got the Louisiana rub I believe it’s called, that was way too salty for me. Also the fries where a little on the salty side too.. but over all its all good place for wings …

Horrible customer service, the guy at the front was very rude and he charged me for two drinks but only gave me one, and when i nicely told him that i was missing a cup he rolled his eyes and dropped the cup before I was able to grab it. Not the best experience

Slowest casual dining experience of my life. No one in line, only ordered 8 wings with fries. Took over 20 minutes to come out. As a casual dining worker, I’m not sure how this could take longer than 15. Kinda disappointed.
