The food tastes great. They have improved on their time to have your food ready but still take 10-15 minutes longer than the quoted time. When they first opened the quoted time used to take 35-45 minutes and take 15-20 minutes longer. Now the quoted time is 15-20 minutes, but still not ready on time. If they can have your food ready on time they would definitely get 5 stars across the board.

Came in to pick up my order. Absolutely no acknowledgment from the staff and this has happened before. They look at you when you come in, say nothing, and continue to talk to each other while one cooks. Definitely not expecting everything to be dropped to assist customers right when they walk in, but a verbal “Welcome, we’ll be right with you” would do wonders. Food was good and the only reason I’ve come back to this restaurant, but the chicken wings were sitting in a pool of grease in the to-go box which was a bit nasty.

I have never eaten here. I was just picking up for my daughter. She loves this place. Order ahead, though, cause it always seems to take a very long time if you are walking in to just order some wings. They are TINY A$$ Wings. How could it take 45 minutes to make 6 or 7 wings per order?! At least that’s how long the wait was for this location that day. They didn’t look very busy at all, but maybe they were under staffed?

Saw they had a special and decided to order, got my food 20min later then they stated it would be ready, so needless to say the fries were cold. But it wasn’t until I bit into the chicken I realized why there was a special, the chicken was fatty and the texture caused me to omit a noise that can only be described as that one video of the yellow lab in the lake that gets water in its throat and makes a terrible “oooAaaaOoooAaagghhh” noise and I lost my appetite. But I wasn’t ready to give up there, I spent $20 on this winner winner chicken dinner special and decided to try and muscle another wing down my esophagus. Oh brother, it went full Mike Tyson speed bag on my gag reflex as I tried to chew on what felt like a marshmallow covered in hot sauce. 10/10 will not order from here again.

Such a rude crew I was completely ignored for a man who came in after me and when I asked about my order, the guy said it was probably still cooking well I waited 20 minutes there, and finally another crewmember came and asked if I needed help and I asked her if my order was ready and it was the one sitting where the ready orders are so I waited 20 minutes just because the team member didn’t want to check and now my food is cold. Just word of advice be persistent if you think your order is ready lol

Way to salty! My family and I have eaten there a good amount of times and the food is always perfect. However we orderd today after not going for like 3 months and everything was horrible!. The fries where to dry and over cooked as though they had not changed there oil forever. The Wings where extremely salty especially the Korean. I ordered mild,atomic, Koren, habanero and BBQ. They all seemed salty. After paying $100 for this meal I would have expected the great quality I usually get. Definitely a let down. I will from now on go to the Hemet location.
