I ordered dine in today at 6pm and didn’t get my order until 655. The cashier in front either ignores you when you want to inquire about your order or doesn’t care you are standing in front of him with receipt in hand. I stood there for 15 minutes and he ignored and when i asked him for the second time about my order he said it’s waiting to be bagged. Mind you my order was sitting there getting cold. Horrible service. Wethere for over an hour and they never came out to clean their dine in area.

Oh man not only did I wait for over 30 mins. Several other customers did also. I was in today July 5th between 4pm-4:45. There was initially 2 people working when I got there. A young man (who greeted me when I arrived and I watched him acknowledge every single person who walked in) and a young lady (long dark hair/braided)…the young lady straight ignored customers who were speaking to her….gave nasty looks and when someone asked her to be polite….she immediately turned around and walked away. Never have I ever seen someone hate their job as much as her. Managers….train these kids. Worst experience ever. The young man deserves more responsibility. He apologized on his way out, at the end of his shift for the extremely long wait.

Every inch of the front of this store was dirty, greasy, dusty and neglected. From the door handles to the countertop, the phone, EVERY table and almost every chair, to even the decor pictures on the wall. Fingerprints, grime and dust looking like they hadn’t been wiped since they opened.

this place is beyond disgusting. both orders of wings were over cooked. the fries somehow where overcooked, overseasoned and soggy. they charge you for dipping sauces with your order and only give you one, not enough for 20 overcooked wings. this is the first wingstop of dozens ive ordered from that i would never go back. this place needs new management or needs to be shut down.

I checked out this location and the best part about it was the cashier Heather. She was very friendly and helpful and accommodating. I was impressed with the taste of the wings but confused this with its competitor. So to be honest I did a lot of comparing. I like how they’re sauce was and as thin or runny as the competitor. Especially since I ordered a to go order. However, my wings did leak a little bit. I am going to admit it was probably a bit of user error on my part but I would appreciate it if they would send in something besides a Styrofoam container to avoid this in the future. While picking up/ordering, it was a bit slower than its competitor but I also know that they were made to order. Next time I will just use better time management. The location itself was clean. Not as tidy as it could have been considering there were three employees and only me there.
