I placed an online order and after 1 hour my food was not ready, the casher told me that I needed to wait 20 to 25 more minutes to get my order or get a refund, I decided to get a refund and when I asked for a receipt that shows my refund, they didn’t give me one, they just told me that it will take 3 to 4 days for me to see the refund in my credit card. Came on Sunday May 7th at 11:30pm… I wasn’t even aware wingstops were open until midnight so I was excited to get a late night wing run… to my surprise, the employees in there closed up shop early and avoided looking at me as I stared into the window sad, with a growling stomach. I’m very upset that wingstop has big signs claiming they close at midnight, but this location thinks they can do whatever they want. I even called the shop while standing there just for the employees to answer and quickly put the phone on hold to ignore my attempts of speaking to them. I expect management to hold those employees accountable for closing early and rejecting any late night paying customers.

Today 11/18, I placed an order at 7:42, the estimated time given to me was between 26-31 minutes. I arrived a little after 8:30, and patiently waited in the pickup line. I gave the employee my first name. The employee then grabbed a bag and walked back over to me. I then gave him my last name for reassurance. He read the bag again and then put it back on the shelf and told me my order was still being made. I waited inside the store. The more I waited, the more I had a feeling that the bag that he initially started to give to me, but then put it back, was actually my order. So I went back in the pickup line, and as I’m waiting he grabs the bag, in the very back of the shelf, the same bag he had picked up in the beginning and calls my name. By this time, it was around 9:15pm. My order had been sitting there the whole time. I gave him my first and last name, and he read that ticket on my bag multiple times, but for some reason he decided that that wasn’t my order. My food was very cold. So I went back in to ask him where there was a miscommunication, because I gave him my full name, and he read my name on the ticket and put it back. I had expected a sorry at the very least. But instead I was met with a very nasty attitude and lies. He lied to my face, by telling me he called out my order multiple times. I never left the store, and I was standing in the front, right next to the registers the whole time. The Rude employee then told me that I could just call the manager and have them look at the camera’s because I was wasting his time.

I walked in and ordered 20 lemon pepper. Got home, it was 20 cajun…(I DON’T like that at all). I should have re-checked myself. Took it back and the cook just dumped them in the fryer (Disgusting). Then I received some re-cooked Cajun wings along with new flats all with lemon pepper sauce. (not today…)

Completely disappointed every time I try And place an order here. Online ordering is always unavailable but don’t try calling either because it’ll ring a couple times before they pick up the phone and hang up on you. I know this to be the case because i came in and tested the theory while watching the employees they completely ignore the phone no matter what time you call, not to mention the blatant cell phone use in the kitchen that they dont even attempt to hide. They watch the phone ring and get right back on their cellphone. Cellphones around food is completely unsanitary and a slap in the face when you can’t even get a hold of the store.
