Placed an order online and they gave me the order wrong. My daughter doesn’t like boneless wings and called back to get a replacement. Not very good costumer service. They wanted me to bring the food back right away to get a replacement, couldn’t go back the same day . The only way they would replace it if I had my receipt which I do but I had to bring the food back. I work in the industry and we never ask for the food back we Just replace it whenever they can come back. I don’t live close by so for me to go back it’s just a waste of gas. Horrible experience 2nd time this happens never going back to this location.

The food is great at Wingstop. The wait is not. I ordered online 1 hour ago on doordash. I went at the pickup time which was 45 minutes away from the order time. When I got to the restaurant, my order was not ready and they said they just started working on it. They need to update the website to include a wait time at each restaurant so that people aren’t frustrated waiting so long.

Ordered my meal and got my 6 piece free. Tiffany was very helpful in taking my coupon and explaining if the rubs were wet or dry rubs. I really recommend this place. I actually get to see my food being made unlike other restaurants of wingstop. Very satisfying.

I woudnt even give them 1 star place was so filthy. Food took forever to come and when it did the fries were so salty. Atomic is just a joke. Pizza hut serves spicer and better wings.

I just gotta tell y’all to check the food before you take it if you’re ordering takeout! I literally ordered takeout, which included fried corn & I kid you not the fried corn was FROZEN like it still had frost on them and it was more than one!!! This has never happened to me before! I didn’t wanna drive back and I knew if I called the store they were going to come up with something to get me to go back but it was far ways from home so there was no way i was going to go back just for corn. Like 1 i was already upset that I got frozen corn and two having to go back there and explain and wait again when I had already waited long enough to get my order in the first place !! Anyways, I ended up deep frying my corn pieces since the people here can’t make sure to cook peoples food properly. I just know wingstop better run me my check if they want me to cook my own food. Be careful out there & make sure please, please to check your food & hopefully this sheds some light to the workers to double check the orders and work together to fulfill their roles. The lady who attended us was really nice so service was great but the food trash
