Ordered online but had cancelled the order to correct it but then they proceeded to tell me my online order refund needed to be processed in store then when I showed up they proceeded to tell me no manager was present to do my refund and to come tomorrow so I did and they assured me my refund was processed and was going to take around 10 days usually but yet no refund then I returned and proceeded to tell me to contact the GM but no answer then I returned and they tell me GM manager went on vacation which is very frustrating as I’m running in circles now they then told me to contact another GM which I did and yet no refund was issued and seems like no one wants to give proper and prompt service it’s been two weeks now and no refund even though they assured me it was done.

I placed my order at 9:09, I didn’t not receive till 9:55. Carry out time was about 16-21 mins. I know it says about but that a way too off where the about comes into play. All I ask for is to give me a good carry out time, so when I get there my food is ready. This happens almost every time I order there. They over charged me to and part of my order wasn’t right, I can say that’s a first but not the time. Next time I will just drive a little farther to get better customer service and my food on time. I’m over this wing stop. To many mess ups and too many chances on my part.
